This practice will support and clear your energy, helping to create stronger boundaries and trust in your intuition. Hello loves,

This recording is here to support you in cultivating new energy skills.

This specifically is a practice of energy strengthening and energy clearing.

So what we're going to be doing today is harnessing and reconnecting to the energy of you,

Which will help to cultivate your intuition and your own sense of self.

And also in that you'll be able to identify what outside influences are trying to be a part of your experience.

So this will help you to identify what external energies are here trying to tell you who you are.

Maybe these are external stories that are,

That don't come from your experience.

They can be fears,

Beliefs,

All kinds of things.

We all carry energy that doesn't necessarily belong to us.

It could be passed down from family members.

It could be from our upbringing,

Or it can just be from people around us trying to tell us who we are and how we need to move through the world.

So this is an essential energy skill when you are really cultivating your own voice and your own power.

So I'd like for you to start by finding yourself in a place where you can be uninterrupted.

We're going to be doing some grounding and doing some verbalization.

So you can start in any position that feels the most comfortable for you.

You can be standing,

You could sit on the floor,

You could sit on a chair or a bed.

But wherever you are in whatever position you are taking,

Connect with the floor with the ground beneath you.

So feel your feet connecting with the floor or your sit bones.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Holding you and supporting you.

And just start paying attention to your breath.

We're not going to change it,

But just notice if you're breathing fully,

If you're breathing more shallow.

Allow yourself to sink into your space,

Sink into your posture.

Connecting with this energy of Mother Earth beneath you as you're breathing in,

Imagine that your breath is moving fully through your body down into the earth,

Into the core.

And on your next breath,

You're pulling that energy back up into your body.

Feeling this connection,

Feeling the support,

Trusting.

So while we're here in this space,

We're going to first start by saying our name out loud.

You can use whatever name resonates with you most,

A nickname,

Your full middle last name,

Anything that feels the most you.

Say it out loud.

Say your name as many times as you need,

Taking a pause and a couple of breaths in between.

Feel the vibration.

Feel the vibration of your name,

Reverberating through your body,

Through your chest.

Feel the frequency in your being.

You're reconnecting to the energy of you.

Notice how you feel in your body when you say your name.

Notice what sensations arise.

Stay connected with the floor,

Stay connected with the ground.

And sense where your center is,

The literal center of your body.

This is located about an inch or so below your belly button.

This is your energetic womb space,

The sacral chakra.

Take some deep breaths into your center,

Directing your breath into the space.

Say your name again,

Feeling the energy in your center.

Allow the sensation of you to fill your whole being.

And now we're going to take it one step further to clear out anything that's not aligned with this energy of you that you are connecting to and cultivating.

So take a moment to scan your body.

Start at the top of the head,

Moving down through the throat,

Through the heart space,

Through the stomach,

The pelvis,

Down the legs,

Back to the earth.

Scan your body for any sensations,

Words,

Stories,

Feelings that don't belong to you.

This may feel strange at first,

It may feel really foreign,

But trust your intuition.

Trust the first thing that's coming to your mind.

Trust your body.

Don't let the mind rationalize this too much.

As you begin to find these different energies,

Imagine pulling them out of your field,

Pulling them out of your body,

Out of your aura,

And just toss them away.

Maybe there's an old story from a parent,

Goodbye.

A fear that you never quite understood,

Goodbye.

However you experience other people's energy,

Through stories,

Through expectations,

Through literal feelings,

Colors,

Textures,

Imagine them and literally remove them from your energy field in whatever way feels most true to you.

You can brush them off,

Scoop them away,

Pull them out like a cord.

There's no wrong process here.

As I do this,

I often like to verbalize goodbye,

It's time to go,

You are no longer welcome here.

If it's an energy that feels really intense that I'm just really tired of feeling,

Sometimes it's as intense as yelling like get out,

Go away,

You do not belong here.

Make the process your own,

Let it be intuitive.

When you feel complete with that task,

Come back to your body,

Taking a deep cleansing inhale,

Letting it go with a sigh,

Imagining all of your breath and your frequency and your essence now full of vigor and power and aliveness.

Imagine that it's filling all of the spaces where those other voices once lived.

It's filling those voids that you just created in pulling and scooping and brushing this excess energy away.

Big breath in the nose,

Letting it out with a sigh.

Pressing one hand over the heart,

Another hand on your center.

Feel the expansion of this energy moving through your body.

Feel what is now alive here for you.

Say your name one more time.

Notice how it's different than when you said it at the beginning of the practice.

Notice how it feels different in your body.

Allow this practice to support you in any moment that you are feeling overwhelmed by external energies.

If you're having a hard time finding your own voice,

If you're unsure of your own intuition or somebody else's expectation,

This is a beautifully supportive practice.

Feel free to use it in any way that feels the most yours.

Make it your own.

Eventually,

You may not need to say your name out loud.

You may not need to verbalize this and you may be able to do this practice in two minutes instead of eight.

But take it,

Add it to your toolbox and I hope that it is supportive.
