Hello and welcome to meditation,

Today's meditation will be on radiant emptiness,

Connect with your breath,

Connect with your posture,

Start to breathe a little longer,

Smooth slow breaths,

As you breathe in straighten up,

Alert yourself to the here and now,

And as you breathe out relax any tension,

Relax your body,

Let go of thoughts of the past,

Let go of anticipating the future,

Give yourself permission to experience the simple joy of being in the present moment,

As we take some moments to relax,

Let your mind settle,

Allow thoughts to go to the back of your mind,

Without giving any thought a second thought,

Just breathe,

Sitting still,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your face,

Completely relax your body,

Totally relax your mind,

Tuning into your breath,

Tuning in to the present moment,

Let your mind relax by not attaching to any thoughts,

Without pushing them away,

Without inviting them,

Just let thoughts come and go,

Let your mind be free,

By not attaching to any ideas,

Any opinions,

Simply sitting,

Connecting to stillness,

Tuning in to silence,

Let your breath be your anchor for the meditation,

Begin to allow your breath to breathe itself,

Naturally,

Whatever your breath is doing,

Just notice it,

As we allow this present moment to be just as it is,

Watching your breath,

Not reacting to anything,

As your mind settles and is free,

Clarity begins to emerge,

I invite you to be aware of awareness,

Become aware of what is hearing,

Become aware of what is thinking,

The inner space of awareness,

Recognize that your awareness is empty like space,

With no form,

No shape and no boundaries,

Recognize that your awareness is open and clear and empty,

Relax into that emptiness,

Into that space,

Become the space of your awareness and just be,

Not only is your awareness empty,

It is radiant,

It knows,

It is aware,

Recognize that your awareness is also knowing,

It is like a light,

It glows and illuminates your experience,

It is the very essence of your being,

Radiant,

Self-luminous,

It lights itself and it lights your experience,

Recognize the radiant luminous quality of your awareness,

Just breathing,

Just sitting still,

Just being empty,

Radiant awareness,

That is your innermost true nature,

Relax into and just be your empty radiant nature,

Without effort,

Without trying,

You are that,

Surrender to that,

Let go of attachments,

Let go of distractions,

Without being distracted,

Stabilize within emptiness and radiance,

Space and clarity,

Just be the perfect union of emptiness and clarity,

At the heart of all your experience is empty radiance,

When you are seeing,

You are seeing with empty radiance,

When you are hearing,

When you are smelling,

When you are tasting,

When you are feeling,

At the heart of all your perceptions is a wide open empty radiant clarity,

True freedom,

Unbounded,

Totally open,

Already free,

Just recognize,

Relax your body and mind,

Just be your true self,

Just sitting,

Just breathing,

Just being empty clarity,

Surrendering more and more now,

Letting go of attachment,

Letting go of thoughts,

Letting go of who you think you are,

Relax into the wide open spaces of your own awareness,

Just sit and just be that,

That concludes our meditation on empty radiance,

I would now like to invite you to just sit,

For the next few minutes,

No more technique,

Nothing left to do,

Nothing to get right and nothing to get wrong,

Just sitting.
