This Buddhist practice of Green Tara (as the dynamic expression of enlightened activity) can be used to create positive interdependence for the recently deceased sentient beings. Based on traditional lineage instructions, it includes such practice elements as taking refuge, generation of bodhicitta, seven-limb practice, visualisation, and mantra recitation — all meant to help us connect to the profound qualities of wisdom and compassion and then extend those to beings who, in their time of transition, could always use some help and positive connectivity.
