In today's practice,
We'll be sitting for about 15 minutes,
Opening up ourselves to receiving divine inspiration as we reset and realign for the remainder of this day.
I invite you to release all of the air out of the lungs.
Take a deep breath in and slowly release.

Continue to follow the rhythm of your breath and notice the inhale.
And as you exhale,
Allowing the shoulders to fall.
Allowing your hands to rest.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
In order to have an understanding of life,
We must first have an inner standing of our life.
This is the practice.
And we begin by loosening up any tension in the body.
Scanning from the top of the head.
Working our way down.
Relaxing the eyes.
Loosening up any tension in the jaw.
Sitting up tall.
Allowing the shoulders to fall.
Continuing to scan the body as you work your way down.
If you see or feel or observe any tension with the breath,
Allow yourself to let go.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Let us now open up the doorway to our heart.
Our home.
Our center.
Bringing into your awareness someone you hold deep gratitude for.
Or something you hold deep gratitude for.
Observe this through your mind's eye as if it were right in front of you.
Give yourself permission to feel grateful in this moment for this person.
Embrace their presence.
And observe how their presence makes you feel.
Who else comes to mind?
Who in your life inspires you to be great?
Who in your life shows you loyalty?
Internally express your gratitude towards this person or this group of people that you see.
Remember to breathe through this experience.
As you hold this gratitude in your heart,
Call forth the child within.
And in your mind's eye,
Envision your inner child exploring the world before your eyes.
Moving with curiosity and excitement and compassion and joy and love.
What do you notice this child is doing?
What makes this child feel alive?
Remember to breathe through this experience.
And allowing yourself to feel what the child feels.
Notice what is arising within you.
Notice this child begin to come towards you with open arms.
Asking to be held,
You too open your arms and lift this child high.
Bring this child close and embrace its presence.
Feel the love that you share.
And observe as this child melts into your arms.
What are you inspired to create on this new day?
What would help you enhance this human experience?
Notice what you see.
Notice how it makes you feel.
Repeating to yourself this mantra.
I am open and available to receiving more inspiration than I could possibly imagine.

And feeling yourself opening up to receive the gift of this present moment.
As you breathe in,
You know that it's happening right now.
And as you breathe out,
You allow it to be so.
And so it is.
