Welcome to your guided breathwork practice with Brother B.

Thank you for taking this time to be with yourself as you turn within and begin again.

Taking a few moments here to adjust yourself and get comfortable in a seated upright position.

Asking you to drop your shoulders,

Tuck your chin slightly in and as you settle into your seat and prepare yourself for this beautiful meditative experience.

Begin to bring your attention towards your very breath.

If your mind has wandered,

That's alright,

Kindly come back and direct your attention towards the inhale and the exhale.

Checking in with yourself based on your observations as you breathe normally,

Do you feel any tightness in your body?

Are you breathing shallow or are you breathing of this practice is to increase our breath capacity.

While it is very beautiful that breathing is something that happens naturally for us Without us even needing to think about it,

Power and ability to control the flow of air as it travels in and through the body.

Let us take a moment to simply acknowledge the breath that is moving through us.

Be grateful to be here,

Awake,

Aware,

Alive.

In this practice,

We will be working with a three part breathing exercise,

Where as we inhale through the nose,

We fill up the belly with air,

Pushing it outward.

Continuing to inhale,

Our ribs begin to expand and as we extend the inhale a little more,

Our chest will then begin to rise.

As we exhale,

We relax to remove any pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

Let's begin by rooting a little deeper into ourselves,

Followed by the expansion of the ribs,

Allowing the chest to rise and relax.

Nice inhale through the nose,

Filling up that belly,

Expanding the ribs,

Lifting your chest.

Deep inhale through the nose,

Only five more to go.

Last one,

Full breath in.

Let's get ready for round two.

Think about what you would like to make space for.

Nice inhale through the nose,

Only five more to go.

Release it on the exhale.

Deep inhale through the nose,

And release.

Let's get ready for round three.

Deep inhale through the nose.

You're doing a great job.

Keep it up.

Nice inhale through the nose,

Only five more to go.

Last one,

Deep breath in.

Let's just take a few more moments to sit here,

Observing how we feel.

Keep open to facing the happiness that's been arising within you.

Know that whatever is presenting itself to you is for the greatest good.

Life is always in your favor.

And so we give gratitude for this breath that continues to move.

Thank you for grounding us in this moment.

Thank you for sustaining our very existence.

Thank you for creating the force,

The energy,

The strength that we need to overcome all challenges.

I am so grateful for this breath.

And I release my gratitude knowing that life will give me many more reasons to be grateful.

May this practice serve you throughout the rest of your day.

Namaste.
