Welcome to another beautiful,

Mindful moment.

I invite you to take this next minute to find yourself in a comfortable seated position,

Sitting up nice and tall,

Chest held high,

The chin is slightly tucked in,

Opening up the space in the back of the neck,

Shoulders drop and back to anchor into this experience.

With everything that's happening in the world,

In your life,

This is your opportunity to begin again.

Now go ahead and release all of the air out of the lungs,

And together we will take five collective deep breaths to settle into our seat.

Breathing in deep,

And releasing nice and slow.

Breathing in deep,

And releasing nice and slow.

Breathing in deep,

And release.

Breathing in deep,

Expanding the belly out,

And release.

Let's do one more together.

Deep breath in,

And release nice and slow.

And hold.

Release a little more air out of the lungs,

And hold it at the bottom.

Observe the sensations of the body.

Hold.

Use the urge to breathe.

When you cannot hold any longer,

Take a deep breath in,

And allow the sacredness of life to move in,

Feeling safe to relax and surrender.

Continue to direct your focus towards the breath as the air moves in,

And moves out.

Notice where your attention has gone,

And finally bring your awareness back to the inhale.

Exhaling all of the air out of the lungs,

Taking a deep breath in,

And release.

Deep breath in.

One more together.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Release through the mouth.

Release a little more air out of your lungs,

And hold.

Hold.

Hold until you can't no more.

Notice how much you desire to breathe.

Notice how much you need to breathe.

The breath is oftentimes overlooked and undervalued.

We get caught up in our minds and in our perceptions of time.

It is right here,

In our very breath,

That we get to connect with our inner clarity.

It is very clear that you don't have to be here.

It is also very clear that life wants you here.

That is why the air moves through you so freely.

Death is a part of life.

As you surrender to the stillness of the present,

You can allow the qualities,

The thought patterns,

The behaviors that do not serve you to die.

In this moment,

You are being reborn.

Noticing the breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

I invite you now to bring your awareness towards your heart center and imagine golden gates surrounding your heart slowly begin to open.

As you breathe in,

You can feel yourself becoming available and receptive to creativity.

What is a quality or a gift or skill that you currently hold that you are truly grateful to have?

What qualities,

Gifts or skills are you grateful to have?

Notice what crosses your awareness and allow yourself to feel how grateful you are.

Allow the feeling of gratitude within you to amplify times ten how grateful you are that you exist.

Continue to direct your attention towards these qualities,

Skills,

Gifts and allow the gratitude within to amplify times fifty how good it feels to know that there is purpose within you.

Now allow this feeling of gratitude to amplify times one hundred and feel.

You are so gifted and you know it.

Remember who you are.

Remember what you are capable of.

Remember you are here to love.

There is a reason why you are alive.

Connect with this reason.

What are you inclined to create for the world?

How do you naturally express yourself?

And release.

You've come so far.

And there's so much more to go.

And you are ready to serve the highest version of yourself for the highest vision of the world.
