Every thought,

Every word,

Every feeling you have is creative.

To the degree that it is held as truth,

To that degree it will be made manifest in your reality.

We are constantly creating our reality,

Not discovering it,

Creating it.

This is true for everyone.

Some people are walking in wakefulness,

And others are sleepwalking.

How many times do you think about what could go wrong in a situation,

And then it does?

We think we saw it coming,

We didn't,

We created it.

Get very clear in your thinking.

What you hold in the mind manifests.

When you are very clear,

Imagine nothing else.

Think of no other possibilities.

Throw all negative thoughts away,

Release all doubts,

Reject all fears.

When your thoughts are clear and steadfast,

Begin to speak them as truths,

Say them as truths.

Controlling your thoughts,

Begin with monitoring them.

When you catch yourself thinking a negative thought,

Think again.

Do this literally.

If you think your life is falling apart,

Think again.

You can train yourself to do this.

Take time to sit with your thoughts.

Feel your random thoughts as they come and go.

Rather than banishing them out of your head or following them down a tangent,

Feel them.

What is the speed at which they come and go?

What is the shape of your thoughts?

The texture of your thoughts?

Do your thoughts feel smooth and flowy,

Or angular and sticky?

Ignore your thoughts about your thoughts.

Focus on the feeling behind them.

The thoughts are endless and self-reinforcing,

And only breed more similar thoughts.

Merely trying to rationalize the presence of a feeling.

All thoughts are resistance.

Let the thoughts and mental loops gradually unwind in their own time.

This might take a while.

Be patient.
