Welcome,

Queen,

To your forgiveness integrative breathwork session.

Forgiveness will truly set you free.

It's not about making what the other person or even what you did in the past right.

It's about freeing yourself from the grips of resentment,

From the grips of not forgiving.

When we do not forgive,

We stay in a negative energetic feedback loop with previous versions of ourselves or other people,

And we cannot be free.

We carry resentment and eventually it gets really,

Really heavy and we get bogged down.

So believe me when I say forgiving is not you accepting something that someone else did.

It is you choosing to free yourself.

It is you choosing to free yourself from your past.

It is you choosing to free others,

No matter the hurt or the pain that they caused because what we know to be true is that hurt people hurt people.

So you can use this breathwork audio to forgive someone else,

Or you can use it to forgive yourself for a certain situation or mistake that you were in,

That you made,

Or forgiving a past version of you,

A younger age,

Any age.

So sitting up straight and tall,

Hands facing up on your lap to receive the energy of forgiveness in this session and just deciding right now,

What or who are you choosing to forgive?

What or who are you ready to forgive to free up that energy,

To free up that space?

And I want you to visualize that person or that situation right in front of you,

The hurt,

The pain that you or the other person were experiencing to do the things that you did.

And let's start to breathe gentle and slow in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you visualize,

You are that other person that you get to forgive today,

Softening into your breath,

Softening into your heart space.

Can you imagine a white golden light that's shining towards your heart,

Sending that inhale and that exhale of each breath straight to your heart,

Opening that space for forgiveness.

That's it.

Beautiful work.

Staying with that continual breath.

And during this session,

As we bring in the active breath here in a bit,

Know that you might need to release anger.

You might need to grieve.

You might need to kick,

Cry,

Scream,

Throw a temper tantrum.

Let your body,

Let your voice,

Let your emotion move and express and feel the way that you need to feel.

After we move through those sensations and those emotions a lot of time,

Then forgiveness happens.

And sometimes first we just need to feel the hurt,

The rage,

The grief,

And that's okay too.

So staying with that gentle,

Slow,

And continual breath.

We're taking five more here and then we're going to move into the halo active breath.

Last three breaths.

The mantra is,

I forgive you and set you free.

I forgive you and set you free.

Maybe saying it one time out loud before we begin.

And now starting with me.

That's it.

Staying with your active breath for this song.

Staying with that halo active breath.

I forgive you and set you free.

It's time.

You are more than ready to let this situation,

To let this person,

To let your past go.

Breathe into your heart.

Breathe into that forgiveness.

Separation.

Now it's time that we face it.

All I hear,

All I hear is to forgive.

Forgive.

Forgive.

If emotion is coming up here,

Accept and allow it in.

Allow yourself to feel anything that you have been avoiding.

Any hurt,

Any anger,

Confusion,

Sadness,

Loneliness.

You get to move through that emotion to come into forgiveness,

To free yourself.

Forgiveness is about you.

It's about freeing yourself.

Continue to breathe into your heart space.

Allowing yourself to shake out your body,

To move,

To scream,

To cry,

To release.

Everything we can imagine laid out in patterns of pain and passion.

You cannot control it,

So keep your compassion.

Accidents.

There are no factions.

There is no us and them.

Nothing to borrow or lend.

No enemy or friend and only forgiveness can make that happen.

The only battle worth a fight.

From the Rwandan genocide to the Seven Sisters,

Forgiving Orion for how he chases them across the sky.

Forgive yourself this gift from time to time.

And that all of your mistakes will be forgiven.

I forgive you and set you free.

We're here with this active breath.

Just one more minute.

Staying right here with this breath.

Just a little bit longer.

Who are you forgiving?

What are you letting go of?

So that you can create space and momentum to move forward and create the life that you truly desire to live.

And now just releasing that active breath and bringing your hands up to your heart.

Slowing down that breath,

Connecting with that gentle,

Soft,

Conscious,

Continual breath for just a little bit here.

Feeling into the space,

The spaciousness that's been created in your heart space.

As you let go of those grips,

That resentment,

Those ties that were keeping you stuck,

That were keeping you from being free.

And now just bringing the visualization of that person or a younger version of you back into the room right in front of you.

And telling them out loud,

I forgive you and set you free.

I forgive you and set you free.

And just feel what it feels like in your body to let go,

To accept,

To forgive.

I am so proud of you for showing up for this session today and doing this work around forgiveness because I know it doesn't always feel easy.

But I can tell you and I can promise you that it's so worth it.

You are so worth it.

You are worthy and deserve to feel the freedom that comes along with forgiving yourself and forgiving others.

I'm so proud of you.

Thank you so very much for this meditation I opened insight timer to practice breathwork and saw this I released a lot I want to live from this space of connectedness and love it feels so replenishing.
