I invite you to find a nice comfortable space.
Once you find that,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Taking a few deep exhales.
With each deep exhale that you take,
Letting go of everything that came before.
Letting go of everything that happened until this moment.
Whatever happened before,
Allow that to stay in the past.
As well,
Letting go of whatever it is that needs to happen after.
Whatever it is that is in the future will still be there waiting for you.
So letting go of the future.
And as you let go of the past and you let go of the future,
I invite you to give yourself the permission to be here,
Now,
Present,
In this moment,
In your body.
And I invite you to go in,
To notice how does your inner landscape look like at this moment?
Without judging your experience,
Without labeling your experience.
Noticing the feelings and sensations in your body.
Noticing the breath flowing in and out.
Noticing the thoughts in your head.
If there's any thoughts,
That's perfectly okay.
Not judging them.
Knowing that thoughts come and go just like the clouds in the sky.
So whenever you catch yourself thinking,
Just gently and kindly bring your awareness back to your body,
The feelings and to the breath.
Allowing that breath to slow down a little bit and to go all the way down into your belly.
Allowing the belly to expand and condense with each breath that you take.
Bring down the breath,
Allowing it to flow all the way down to your belly.
You are creating space for yourself,
For your system to self-regulate.
Space to be with what is,
Without judgment,
Without labeling.
Just slow.
Breath.
Bringing your awareness to the feelings in the body.
Bringing your awareness to the level of sensations.
They are not good,
They are not bad.
They are just sensations in your experience.
Slow breath,
Creating space to be with your experience.
And whatever arises,
Being with it,
Without judging it,
Without labeling it.
Just noticing the experience.
Befriending your experience.
Whatever it is that shows up,
Being with it,
Embracing it,
Allowing it.
Slow breath.
Being with your experience,
With the feeling sensations in your body.
And staying in this space for as long as it's good for you at this moment.
When you're ready to come back,
Just very slowly bring awareness to the edges of the physical body and start to move your fingers and your toes,
And little by little,
Coming back.
