Wherever you may be in this time of great change,
I invite you to take just a few moments for yourself.
Finding a comfortable position.
Begin by bringing your awareness into your physical body.
Taking a slow,
Deep breath in and slowly ease the breath out.
Another slow,
Deep breath in and gently releasing the breath out.
Allowing any tension in your body to melt away.
Relaxing your forehead.
Closing down the eyes.
Relaxing the tongue and the jaw.
Allowing it to drop slightly.
Releasing any tension in your shoulders.
Allowing your arms and your hands,
Your fingertips to relax and grow heavier.
All the way down through your hips,
Legs,
And feet.
Allowing these parts to relax and feel heavier.
Grounding you to the safety and the support of the earth below you.
Every breath you take bringing you into a deeper state of presence and peace.
Within this moment,
I invite you to bring your awareness now to the midpoint between your eyes,
Just at brow level.
Tuning into the warmth and the light that naturally radiates from this energy center.
And from this point,
Your mind's eye.
You enter into a space of pure white light with only a door standing before you.
You recognize it as a place that exists within you.
And with that love and trust within,
You step towards the door and step through.
You find yourself at a gently flowing creek.
The sunshine and its warmth streaming through.
Life all around you in its natural forms.
Trees,
Leaves,
Flowers,
Butterflies,
Birds flying overhead.
You see this water as a giver of life.
An element infused with sacred healing blessings.
Slowly taking just a couple steps towards the water,
Feeling its warmth and noticing how shallow it is.
Take just a couple more steps.
You reach down and collect a small amount of water in your hands.
Together,
We offer this water a prayer.
Sweet spirit,
Thank you for the water that nourishes this life into existence.
I know that the fluid of my body is that of the oceans,
The lakes,
The rivers,
And the rains.
In water,
We are all connected.
Water as it moves through land and sky.
I honor your power to restore this body,
This spirit,
And this mind to its eternal state of grace and peace.
Thank you for this perfect gift,
This giver of life.
And with that,
Let us drink this purifying cleansing water in our hands,
Allowing it to move gently down our throats and through our entire body,
Filtering through and detoxifying any feelings we may be having of doubt,
Worry,
Confusion,
Resistance.
Gassing water to work its own natural magic as it gently guides these emotions out,
Bringing in a feeling of comfort,
Connectedness to all that is.
Completing this cleansing cycle now,
Out the bottom of our feet and releasing this prayer into the creek,
Finding its way to all the other creeks,
Lakes,
Oceans,
Blessing all of the water across the earth.
The water that feeds the animal and the plant kingdoms.
We recognize the ever-changing flow and impermanence of life.
How can we learn from the water element?
How can we gently shift and flow and adjust to these new ways of living?
How can we more deeply accept that change is the essence of life?
With this renewed sense of self and the earth,
We step out of the creek and back onto solid ground.
We take a few slow steps back to that door from which we came through.
Opening the door and entering back into that space of pure white light,
Noticing how good it feels to drop into your body,
Into this state of peace,
Safety,
Comfort,
And healing.
This place is always with you.
You're always connected to it.
Sometimes the most powerful call to action is to bring the inner world into harmony and balance.
We are,
After all,
Individual threads woven together to create a greater whole.
Keeping your eyes closed,
I invite you to connect again to your breath,
Slowly bringing your awareness back into your body.
Starting to notice the space around you,
Wherever you may be.
Making some gentle movements in your fingers and your toes.
Maybe some slight gentle movements in your neck and your shoulders.
Take as long as you need in this space.
Thank you for joining me inYes,
I know the waters are
