Welcome to this reflection on the wisdom of the heart.

Thank you for trusting that you were meant to be here for these few short minutes to connect with this message that comes from my heart to yours.

There is a wisdom in our heart.

It is a place where our soul speaks.

It is a place from which our truth arises.

And it is a place that our mind should take direction from as we move from thinking brains all the time and thinking minds and overthinking and all of it down to the place of the heart.

Breathing into the heart,

Trusting into the heart,

Listening deeply to the heart.

We can trust that if we can find those moments of stillness,

Those moments of going within to our sanctuary,

That the wisdom will emerge.

The wisdom we need in this moment.

It's not a difficult search.

The one we're not trained or taught oftentimes to know how to do.

Always looking and searching,

Wanting,

Finding,

Needing.

It isn't that kind of energy,

The energy of the heart.

It is an energy of love.

It's a way that the universe connects soul's messages for the soul speaks.

Look within and find out for you what is that space that allows you to connect to your heart.

Is it a quiet space?

Is it a dark space?

Is it nature?

A cuddle with an animal or a loved one?

Is it the water,

A flowing stream,

Or the mountains?

Music?

Whatever that is for you,

Give yourself that.

The smell of pinyin or palo santo perhaps?

Give yourself that.

Whatever it is that you need.

A candle?

Take that.

It is yours to receive.

Give yourself permission to take what it is that you need to feel grounded and to be able to go within.

The wisdom of the heart is a kind of wisdom that has more answers than we've been told exist.

So let's call on our ancestors.

Let's return to the older ways that are still within us.

The ways of listening within,

The ways of being guided by our intuition,

Our soul,

Our truth,

And led by our hearts.

I wish you so much love and so much joy in the moments when you can connect with your own heart and within your own soul.

And then after doing that inner work,

Feel what it feels like to take that outside of you.

There's a calmness and a grounding to listening to our heart wisdom.

I hope you can find yours.

I'd love to hear in the comments if you'd like to share what that felt like or feels like for you.

Or if you're struggling to get there,

Perhaps the community can share tips with you and I can support you on some ideas on how to get there.

It's not a path we have to travel alone.

It's a journey moving from the head to the heart.

We're in a moment where spirit wants us to go within so that we can find out what it is we're being called to do in this moment.

We each have a role.

We each have our own medicina to share.

We each have a purpose.

What are your gifts?

Turn within.

Shine your light within and then shine it outside of you.

That's what we're all here to do.

From my heart to you in your heart,

Peace,

Ease,

Love,

And warmth to you.

Thank you for joining me.
