Welcome to a five-minute meditation to help you ground into your worthiness.
A meditation to help you affirm your worth for wholeness,
For complete well-being,
For support and for self-love.
So go ahead and get yourself into a meditation posture that feels right for you,
Either sitting down or lying down.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
This will be about five minutes,
So it'll be a nice quick one just to give you a boost in remembering who you are and what you're worthy of.
Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth together,
Allowing yourself to arrive in this moment,
Allowing yourself to become aware of the weight of your body resting here and now,
Taking another deep inhalation through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Taking a moment to check in with yourself,
Checking in with your heart and any feelings that might be present,
Checking in with your mind and any thoughts swirling around your brain,
Taking a moment to notice any physical sensations that you might be experiencing,
Any pains,
Any twitches,
Itches,
Making any final adjustments that you need to make for yourself to feel fully relaxed,
Fully rested,
Fully supported.
Remember to add pillows if you need them.
Remember to cover yourself up with a blanket if you need to.
We'll take one final deep breath together and on this exhalation,
See if you can breathe into any place in your mind,
In your body,
In your heart that needs to soften.
Breathing in and starting with the affirmation,
I am worthy.
I am worthy of well-being.
I deserve to rest.
I am worthy of support in all the ways that will benefit me.
I delegate with ease.
I have people around me who love and support me in all the ways I need.
I am worthy of time off.
I am worthy of freedom.
I allow myself to have and to receive all that I am worthy of.
Go ahead and take one deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and on this exhalation,
End it with a nice strong sigh.
Breathing in,
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy of full,
Whole,
Authentic well-being on all levels in all ways.
Go ahead and gently open your eyes and transition out of this meditation back into your day.
