You will be guided to understand how relationships in your family have affected your life, as well as better understand and accept how other significant relationships have impacted you. You will be encourage to find the essence that has been beneficial and let go of the rest. Best listened to many times.

Come now and dance with life.

Come now,

The breath is life.

As you draw the breath in very gently,

Very lovingly,

Know that you are dancing with life.

Feel it in your body.

Feel the breath as it comes in gently and goes out just as gently.

Become aware of how your body is moving with the breath.

Follow the breath in and watch it go out.

Follow the breath in once more and watch it go out.

So with each breath you are going to a place deeper and deeper inside yourself.

The breath is taking you there with full,

Complete awareness.

Awareness of your body,

Awareness of your being.

And let any residue of tension go.

Let it go with the out breath as you go deeper and deeper.

And imagine that you are sliding down a silvery spiral that comes from way above your head right down into your heart.

Slide down with the breath to the very center of your heart,

Totally aware but sitting so still,

So still in your heart.

Feeling the air on your skin,

The light on your eyelids,

The smells around you and the sounds.

And see clearly the spiral of light that comes from above your head that took you to your heart.

See it continuing from your heart to the earth beneath.

See yourself as you are sitting or lying down with a spiral of light that comes from above going to your heart.

And then continues from your heart to the earth beneath.

See yourself as you are lying down or sitting with this spiral of light from above going to your heart and continuing from your heart to the earth.

And as you are sitting in your heart breathing,

You are breathing in life,

Breathing in light,

Just being in your heart.

And from this place in your heart there is a work of discovery that is now going to take place.

A journey of understanding of your place in the world and how you relate to others.

Bring in on that spiral your mother.

See her come down and sit with you in that space,

That very quiet peaceful space in your heart,

A space of neutrality,

Of clear understanding.

And look at your mother sitting there opposite you and your hearts connect.

And as they do the understanding comes of why you have this relationship in your life.

Of what it's given you,

What it's taught you.

Both the good and what you thought was bad.

And from that space in your heart you can see now how everything was a lesson and know why you chose your mother.

Look it up,

Think up and let it go down and away,

Free,

Knowing that you can be in your heart with her whenever you choose.

And breathe in the breath once more in a spiral down into your heart,

Clearing it down into the earth,

Spiraling the light,

Spiraling the life,

Spiraling the breath.

Breathing deeply and fully.

Bring in now your father,

Bring your father down the spiral into your heart.

And sit there with your father in that neutral clear space.

See your father sitting opposite you and understand why you chose such a father.

What did he give you?

What did he teach you?

See the good and what you thought was the bad or the lack.

And see how everything in your relationship with your father was a lesson in life.

A preparation for the point where you are now.

Let the understanding of your relationship with your father become clear and see how that is related to your higher purpose of who you really are.

And thank your father for that preparation and let go.

Spiraling out of your heart for the time being,

Spiraling him down,

Knowing that whenever you want to you can find him again in your heart.

You can be with him there.

Bring the breath in once more,

Fully clearing,

Clearing yourself,

Bringing in the light,

Bringing love.

Bringing in the breath to that space in your heart.

Bring in now your brothers and sisters if you have any.

Bring them in,

Spiral them down into your heart.

And sit there in that clear neutral space in your heart and look at them.

And know why you chose this family.

How is your relationship with them a preparation for you in your higher purpose?

Look at the different parts of those relationships.

Understand what they've given you,

The positive and the negative.

And know that everything had its purpose.

And understand that purpose.

Breathe in the life force and be clear about your relationship to your brothers and sisters.

Or perhaps the reason why you didn't have any.

And let them go.

Spiraling them down and away,

Free.

And once more,

When you spiral the breath in,

You clear.

Bring in once more the light and the love.

Bring them into your heart with every breath.

Becoming clearer and clearer,

Centered in your heart.

Listening to your heart.

Call into yourself now a significant person in your life outside your family.

It might be a spouse or a lover or a close friend.

Someone with whom you had a very intense relationship.

Bring them into your heart.

Spiraling them down into your heart and sit there.

Stay with them in your heart and look at them.

And as you look and your hearts connect,

Understand why you had such a relationship.

See what it gave you or didn't give you.

See what you learnt from it.

And now with new eyes,

Understand how every part of that relationship was a preparation for where you are now.

And thank them and life.

And let them go with an understanding of how that relationship was a preparation for you and your higher purpose.

Bring in the breath once more.

Spiral in the light.

Spiral the life down into your heart and clear it down and out into the earth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Relaxing and letting go.

Just letting go.

And once more bring in a significant other down into your heart.

A teacher,

A lover,

A friend,

A mentor.

Bring them down into your heart.

Spiral them down and sit with them in your heart.

Let your eyes connect.

Feel your relationship with them.

Feel the heart connection.

And understand what that relationship has given you.

The ease and the difficulty all being part of life's preparation for making you the person you are now.

Understand the purpose of that relationship and thank them.

And let them go.

Just let them go.

Let it be.

And create once more an empty space in your heart where you and only you are sitting.

Feel your heart.

And finally bring in once more whoever you need to gain further understanding about your relationship to other people.

And how that relationship is a preparation for you in your life.

In the growth of your understanding.

If there's someone you're not clear about but with whom you had a close relationship,

Bring them into your heart and sit there with them.

Look at them.

Feel them.

And let the knowledge arise of the purpose of that relationship and how in all its shades it was indeed a gift.

Let the knowledge arise and thank them.

Thank them for the understanding that they perhaps unwittingly gave in their relationship to you and let them go spiraling out and down.

Let them go.

Breathe in the breath.

Breathe it into your heart.

The breath is life.

And see yourself connect to the earth above and below the spiral.

And sit there in your heart and ask,

Why am I here?

Who am I?

Why am I here?

What is my higher purpose?

And see how your life's experience until now has been a preparation.

And this point is a new beginning.

Let it be a new beginning.

With the understanding of the divine in yourself.

Feel it in your heart as you sit there breathing in and breathing out.

Full deep breaths.

Feel the qualities of your own heart.

Feel the essence of the divine in you.

And know why you're here.

And ask how you can realize that purpose in your relationship in life.

In your relationships with other people.

In your relationship with your own daily activities.

How can you realize that higher purpose in your relationships in your everyday life?

Just breathe in.

Breathe in the life force into your heart.

And let that knowledge arise.

And if there's any particular point you would like more clarity on in your life,

Right at this moment,

Just ask.

Ask and breathe in.

Ask and let the question go down the spiral into the earth and breathe in the answer from above.

And let go.

Let go and just be in your heart.

Be in your heart feeling.

Feeling the love that's there.

Allowing the love that's in your heart that is the essence of who you are.

To radiate out from your heart and feel your entire body.

Breathe in the light.

Breathe in love.

And let that fill your body.

And feel the gratitude of being alive.

Being able to experience life in all its complexities.

Breathe it in and let it go.

Know that as you breathe in life and you let it go,

It keeps flowing.

Life flows as you breathe in and out.

You breathe in life and let the experience go.

That is life.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Experiencing,

Experiencing fully and letting it go.

Knowing that both the good and the bad will come and go.

And you will remain in your heart.
