Here here here here here here here Who are you?

Who are you?

I am.

Who are you?

Who are you?

Prepare now to open yourself to yourself.

Prepare to journey deep inside yourself to discover the essence of who you really are.

Ensure that you have the time and space to be totally alone with yourself.

This time now is for you.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath and begin to relax.

Relaxing from the tips of your toes to the top of your head,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Deeply,

Fully,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Connect your breath so that the last bit of the out breath connects to the in breath.

And then when your lungs are almost full,

Let the breath flow out again effortlessly.

Breathing in full deep breaths and breathing out,

Letting the breath flow,

Breathing in and breathing out.

So that there is no pausing between the in breath and the out breath.

Make sure that your spine is straight,

Either lie down or sit up straight.

This time now is for you.

But who are you?

I am.

Let yourself relax more deeply,

Becoming aware of the connection between the breath and the body.

Feel your body as it moves with the in and the out breaths.

Feel the body expand and then contract.

Follow the breath to a place deep,

Deep inside yourself.

Breathing in and following the breath into your body deep inside.

And as you breathe out,

Letting all the tensions go.

Letting them flow away with the out breath.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Becoming more and more relaxed.

Go now and sit in your heart.

Let the breath take you there.

Follow the breath in,

Follow the breath in to that place inside your own heart.

And sit there in the peace and the quiet of the heart and listen,

Listen.

Sit there and feel the breath coming in and going out.

Feel the energy of the heart,

The peace,

The love.

Breathe deeply,

Fully.

Let yourself go,

Let yourself go.

Surrender to the breath,

To the rhythm of the breath.

And let it take you into a full awareness of yourself.

Now,

From your heart,

Imagine a stream of light traveling down to the base of your spine.

A stream of green light with sparkles of gold and white.

And from the base of your spine,

The light branches out like the roots of a tree,

Crisscrossing,

Pyramid like.

And going deep,

Deep,

Deep down into the center of the earth.

Securing you to the earth.

And at the same time,

Allowing you to draw back into yourself the energy of the earth.

Nourishing,

Strong,

Calm,

Secure.

See yourself sitting at the top of this pyramid of roots,

Streams of green,

Gold and white light.

And with every in-breath,

Draw into you the energy of the earth.

Feel the nourishment,

The security flowing up into you.

Back up through your spine,

Into your heart.

The light then becomes pure emerald green as it reaches the heart.

Calming.

Healing.

Now,

From the heart,

The energy begins to move upward.

And as it does,

It becomes golden,

Showering out through the crown of your head,

Like a golden fountain showering over you.

You find yourself inside a cocoon of golden light.

Who are you?

Who are you?

Are you a man?

Are you a woman?

Young or old?

Healthy,

Unhealthy?

Are you at ease with yourself?

Or do you long to be something different?

Let yourself become aware.

Let yourself bring to consciousness the ways in which you relate to yourself.

How are you in your physical body?

How do you relate to your body?

How did you relate to your body when you were a child?

What was it like then to have that body?

Did you move easily?

Did you play outside?

Or rather were you rather still inside?

What was it like to have your body as a child?

And as you were growing up through your teenage years,

How did you relate to your body then?

What was it like to feel your body change into that of an adult?

Were you excited by the changes?

Or were you uncomfortable with the idea of being a man or a woman?

And now,

How did you relate to your body now?

Are you at ease with your body?

Do you like your body?

And how did it serve you?

Is it strong?

Weak?

Do you allow it to give you pleasure?

Or do you reject it?

Let yourself feel it now.

As your breath moves in and out,

Become aware of how your body moves.

Expanding and attracting.

Feel it.

Feel your body.

Do you honor it?

Do you honor that body that you have now?

Do you nourish it with the food that it needs?

Do you exercise in a way that cares for it?

How do you care for your body?

Who are you as a physical being?

What sort of relationship do you have with your body?

And how are you feeling now?

How is your body feeling?

How are you feeling emotionally?

What are you like emotionally?

Remember back when you were a child?

Were you happy?

Or were you unhappy?

Did you stay by yourself?

Or were you with other kids?

Follow with your mind's eye your emotional journey from childhood to the present time.

Was there a point at which your emotional nature seemed to change?

What is your emotional nature now?

Do you express your emotions appropriately?

Are you able to express them?

Or do they seem unpredictable without you knowing what will come next?

Are you at ease with your emotions?

Are you actually aware of them?

Do you experience the full range of pain to joy,

Interest to boredom,

Agony to ecstasy?

Do you enjoy your emotional nature?

How are you as an emotional being?

And what of your mind,

Your intellect?

What sort of mind do you have?

Are you clever?

Does your mind serve you well?

Are you able to think in the ways that best serve you?

Or are you run by the mind chatter,

Your ideas and those of other people about how you ought to be or how the world is?

Are you a slave to the mind?

Or does it serve you?

Let yourself remember those things that have helped to train your mind.

Maybe it was in a formal way through schooling.

Maybe it was through life's experiences.

The influence of events and people.

Do you appreciate the mind that you have?

How does it serve you?

Who are you?

Who are you in your body,

In your emotions,

In your mind?

What sort of person are you?

And how do you relate to yourself?

And who are you as a spiritual being?

Do you feel connected to the spirit or does that make no sense to you?

Go back now to the image of yourself,

Seated at the apex of a pyramid.

A network of interconnected roots that go down deep inside the earth.

Streams of green with sparkling golden white light flowing into you,

Bringing the nourishment of the earth into your heart.

The light turns green,

Emerald green in your heart.

And from the heart the light then flows upward,

Showering like a golden fountain from the crown of the head.

And you're seated in a sphere of golden light.

Become aware now of a point of brilliant,

Brilliant white light far above your head,

Way out in space.

And from that source of light,

Brilliant white light begins to stream down towards you,

Coming closer and closer.

And finally piercing through the golden orb and down through the crown of your head,

Filling you with that same brilliant white light.

And as the light flows into you,

All darkness,

Negativities flow out through the base of your spine and the soles of your feet.

Your whole body is filled with light,

Brilliant,

Brilliant white light.

And you feel the intensity of light as it fills you,

Stronger,

More intense.

And the light comes down,

The white light comes down through your head,

Filling your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms.

Down through your torso,

Lower body,

Your legs,

And the darkness is gone out through the base of your spine,

The soles of your feet.

You're filled with light,

Brilliant white light.

You are a being of light.

You are light.

Feel the intensity.

And now ask yourself,

Why are you here?

Why are you here on this planet?

Why did you choose this body?

How does it serve you?

What lessons have you learned about yourself and life from your physical body?

And what has your emotional experience and emotional nature given you?

And how does your mind serve you?

From your place in the life as a being of light,

Ask,

Who am I?

And why am I here?

Who are you?

Who are you?

Who are you?

Who are you?

Who are you?

Not sure what happened but about 11 min before the end the sound cut out completely. Perhaps it is my phone, but I thought I should mention it in case it is a glitch with the IT upload or file.

It is a nice and deep relaxing meditation. In the beginning I felt a little bit overwhelmed by all the questions; I kept me in the mind. Late, by the white light, total relaxation came over me. Thank you! 🙏
