Mini 3-Minute Third-Eye Meditation For Intuition
In this 3-minute simple visualization meditation, we will do a quick tune-up of our third eye to help expand our intuitive awareness. We work by moving our awareness from the space between our eyebrows to our mid-brain, the Ajna chakra. This is a great meditation to do to center your awareness before receiving yogic teachings or going on to silent meditation.
