Let's sit together for a moment.
Let our eyes close and our minds move inward.
And begin to feel the breath move in and out of the body.
And then the next time you breathe in,
Follow that breath down to your Mula Bandha or base.
Spend the next three or four or five breaths finding that with your mind's eye.
And once you've found that,
Begin to follow the breath up on the exhale from your Mula.
Follow it all the way up the front of your spine.
See if you can find a comfortable place to land that right in your midbrain,
Right in the center of your brain.
Each breath in,
Follow it down.
And each breath out,
Follow it up.
Finding a rhythm that causes your mind no strain and your breath no strain.
Notice how the breath is feeding the energy of your attention.
Eventually noticing the upper and lower centers and the space between them as one continuous flow.
And then the next breath in,
Follow it up the front of your spine.
And then the next breath out.
And then the next breath in.
Slowly begin to deepen your breath.
Let's bring our palms together in front of our hearts.
And I'll continue,
I'll stay grounded in this infinite flow,
Bowing to your own heart.
Namaste.
