Welcome.

Please find a comfortable position,

Placing your hands gently in your lap and closing your eyes.

In this moment,

Go within to that place of inner stillness where we experience our connection to the true self.

Allow yourself to fully arrive.

Let go of all effort,

All thinking,

And begin to notice the natural inflow and outflow of each breath.

With each inhale and exhale,

Allow yourself to become more relaxed,

More comfortable,

And more at peace.

Now that you have settled into the present moment,

Become aware of your direct experience,

The various sensations of sound and breath,

Of touch and smell.

This practice is an invitation to return to the aliveness of the present moment,

An aliveness that is only experienced right now.

See if you can relinquish the need to change anything or to figure anything out.

This is a space where you can meet yourself with honesty and care.

Together,

We'll explore what it means to soften into the present moment,

To recognize what's here without judgment,

And to discover the quiet strength that lives beneath the surface of everything.

So,

Let's begin.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in and a steady breath out.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension that you may be holding onto,

Any tension that the body may contain.

Let this be a moment of total presence.

Let this be a moment of complete arrival.

Can you relinquish the desire to be anywhere else right now?

Can you relinquish the desire to be anyone or anything at all?

Allow yourself to be exactly as you are.

All of you is welcome here.

Begin to notice what's present within you in this moment.

No need to label it or analyze it.

Just sense what's here.

Maybe there's a heaviness.

Maybe there's a numbness or uncertainty or fatigue.

Perhaps there's a quiet flicker of peace.

Maybe there's a small sense of hope.

Whatever is here,

Allow it to be here.

You might even acknowledge it gently by saying,

This is what's here.

This is what's real.

Now,

Notice your breath again.

The steady inflow and outflow of air moving through your nostrils.

As you take another breath in and slowly exhale,

Can you sink deeper into the present moment?

This practice is not about problem solving.

It's a practice of communion.

Of meeting yourself fully,

Honestly,

And kindly.

Feel the breath as it moves through your body.

Notice the contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

Now,

Allow your awareness to expand beyond the body.

Notice how the energy of your body and the energy of the space around your body are the same energy.

There is no separation.

As you acknowledge the boundless nature of awareness,

Can you sense the pulse of being itself?

That subtle,

Intuitive vibration of is-ness that echoes saying,

I am.

Which never goes anywhere.

It's always here.

Always reverberating within.

Always now.

Notice how rich the present moment is when all the minds interpreting,

Judging,

And labeling is simply left alone.

Notice how the present moment is not empty.

Notice how the present moment could never be empty.

Because it's literally bursting forth with aliveness and meaningfulness in every nanosecond of existence.

This meaningfulness doesn't require the input of the mind.

It's simply what's here.

Yet so much more astounding than anything the mind could come up with.

Notice all the juicy textures.

The differentiating waves of energy and sensation.

The flickerings of light and color.

All of it's constantly dancing and morphing as an endless display of experiential qualities.

And the most beautiful thing?

Nothing is missing here.

Even though it's all changing,

It does so while maintaining its intrinsic wholeness.

Remember,

Nothing can be taken away or added to this in the truest sense.

When we come into contact with the true essence of our lives.

When we relinquish attachment and identification with labels,

Concepts,

And interpretations.

We access a well of wisdom that is infinitely deep and expansive.

This moment is the ground of all possibility.

This is where your wisdom lives.

This is where your next step begins.

Not in the past.

Not in the imagined future.

But right here.

Notice how there's no pressure in this awareness.

There's only freedom.

Freedom to begin again.

Freedom to choose.

Freedom to create more of what you'd love to experience.

Let yourself rest in this truth.

Returning to now is always available to you.

Ironically,

Now is all there ever is.

This moment is where all your power lives.

Breathe it in.

Feel it settling into every atom,

Molecule,

Cell,

Tissue,

And organ.

Feel it settling into your entire body.

I'd like to invite you to gently bring your attention to an area in your body that feels tight or tense.

Bring to this area a sense of loving acceptance.

Just holding space for what's there.

Give it full permission to be what it is.

In life,

Surrender doesn't mean giving up.

It means softening your resistance to what is.

And this is actually one of the most courageous choices we can make.

To meet reality with compassion rather than struggle.

To embody a deeper sense of surrender.

You might reflect to yourself,

I allow myself to feel whatever is here.

I choose to hold what is here in loving awareness.

I surrender to what's here.

Not because I have to,

But because this is what's real.

And I choose to trust the divine intelligence that is flowing through me.

With every exhale,

Feel as if you are setting something down.

You are not collapsing or falling apart.

You are making yourself available to your strength,

To your clarity,

And to your wisdom.

As you rest in this grounded stillness,

Notice if anything shifts within you.

Perhaps there's a small sense of willingness that has arisen.

Maybe a subtle clarity.

Or simply a deeper breath.

Maybe a more relaxed body and mind.

We don't need to know the full path forward in life.

We don't need a detailed plan laying out every single step ahead of us.

But what we do need is presence.

Without presence,

We are more likely to live in reactivity.

To live on autopilot mode.

Without presence,

We are less likely to be able to take that heartfelt next aligned step.

The thing is,

That next aligned step may be an action.

But it also may be an inaction.

It may be choosing stillness instead of movement.

It may be simply choosing to trust life just a little bit more.

If you ever feel overwhelmed.

If you're feeling a lot of pressure.

Or you're carrying around a sense of heaviness.

Maybe you can remind yourself this.

The present moment is enough for me.

I am already enough.

From this place of wholeness,

I take my next aligned step.

No matter what,

I choose to celebrate the small victories in life.

For even the smallest of steps matter.

It's the small choices from moment to moment.

That either contribute to or take away from my well-being.

Let these words settle into your heart.

Let them flow through your body with every breath you take.

Let them guide your next thoughts.

Let them gently ripple into your daily actions.

And let the energy behind this truth and wisdom permeate your entire being.

Take a few final deep breaths.

Feeling the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you.

Feel the life that is moving within you.

No matter what comes next,

Remember this.

You can return again and again.

To this breath.

To this truth.

To now.

Where all of life's magnificence is unfolding.

You are never behind.

You're not lost.

You are here.

And from here,

Anything is possible.

When you feel ready,

Begin to slowly move your fingers.

Maybe roll your shoulders gently and softly open your eyes.

Carry this presence with you.

Not as something to hold on to tightly.

But as something that never leaves you in the first place.

No matter what happens.

And no matter where life may take you.

I want to thank you so much for meditating with me today.

May you move forward with a grounded heart and a gentle mind.

Much love.

Peace.
