Welcome to today's meditation practice.

Today's purpose is to move into the spaces of discomfort or pain within your body.

To listen and liberate that energy so that your body can recover,

Restore,

And rejuvenate.

So getting yourself in the most comfortable position you possibly can to be open and receptive to this practice.

Once in position,

Closing your eyes and moving from your outer world to your inner world.

Begin to breathe in slowly,

Deeply,

And gently through your nose,

Pulling your energy back into your body.

And exhaling a gentle sigh through your mouth to help calm the nervous system and relax the body.

Breathing in deeply through the nose,

Feeling your belly rise.

And exhaling a gentle sigh,

Relaxing your body,

Really sinking into this space.

Breathing all the way,

And exhaling all the way.

Breathing in all the way through your nose,

And exhaling a sigh,

Relaxing your body.

Exhaling all the way.

Breathing in as much fresh,

Pure oxygen as you can.

Holding that breath at the top for a moment,

Feeling yourself full.

And exhaling fully and completely until you're completely empty.

Breathing in again,

Pulling this new life energy into your body,

Into your cells.

With intention circulating outwards,

All that no longer serves with your exhale.

Breathing in through your nose,

Connecting the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

And slowly exhaling through your nose,

Letting the energy go.

Breathing in all the way,

Pausing when you get to the top,

And slowly exhaling all the way.

Breathing in to your body,

Bringing your awareness to the area that you're feeling the physical discomfort or pain.

And slowly exhaling,

Settling into that discomfort.

Breathing in again,

Bringing as much of yourself into that area of your body.

Slowly exhaling,

Allowing yourself to feel the pain or discomfort as best as you can.

Breathing in all the way and imagine as though you're swimming towards that energy with your awareness.

And exhaling,

Arriving a little closer to the center of it.

Breathing in,

Noticing as you get closer that you see the area of pain surrounded in a color.

What color do you see or imagine?

Exhaling,

Moving a little closer to the center of that color.

Breathing in fully and completely until you feel as though you're in the center and you're surrounded by that color.

And settle into the color,

Allowing it to be all around you,

Knowing that you're safe in this space.

And breathing in,

Allowing for the color to show you an emotion or a feeling that's right in the center of it.

And exhaling,

Allowing for that energy to surface fully so that you may feel or witness it.

And breathing in,

Knowing that it's okay to be present with who that's there,

That it's perfectly fine to listen to and to be present with.

And exhaling,

Softening your body,

Softening any tension,

Just being open,

Curious and receptive to this energy.

And breathing in,

Asking the pain what its message is for you.

And slowly exhaling all the way,

Just opening up to listen.

Breathing in as you listen,

Just notice what the story or the words are that the pain's repeating again and again and again,

Like a broken record.

And exhale,

Softening a little more,

Not judging what you're hearing or not hearing.

Breathing life into your body as you listen,

Asking yourself,

Is what this voice is saying the truth or is this causing me more pain?

And exhale into your answer.

So as you breathe in,

Witnessing the pain and the story,

Asking yourself,

What is your truth?

If you could create your experience now,

What story would you like to tell?

In this moment,

You have the power and ability to make a new story,

One that is empowering and positive.

So breathing in that new story into yourselves,

Into the space where the pain has been stored and feel a golden light surrounding that old pain point.

And with each exhale,

Notice that color of pain and the emotion beginning to dissolve and disappear.

Breathing in the positive affirmations of what you're choosing to believe and to be.

Feeling that energy entering yourselves with that golden light and exhaling fully and completely,

Allowing the energy to dissolve the old.

Breathing in the new possibilities.

Feeling your body expanding and healing in this moment.

And exhaling all the way,

Softening so that you're open and receptive to receiving this change.

Breathing in all the way,

Smiling in gratitude for the gift of the message you've received.

Exhaling,

Allowing yourself to be present with this change.

Breathing in all the way in gratitude for how incredible these bodies are.

For if we just stop to listen and pay attention,

They have so much to tell us and teach us.

Still giving thanks for the miracle of your body,

For the message you've received today.

Breathing in all the way,

Feeling that golden light moving through all of your trillions of cells,

Bringing your body back into a space of harmony and calm.

Exhaling in gratitude for the gift you've given yourself by listening and choosing what you want to believe about yourself,

Your body,

In this life.

Give yourself some time to just be present with your deep,

Full inhales and exhales,

Allowing for yourself to integrate the subtle changes in your body and to relax into this space.

One more great meditation against/with pain which I was allowed to listen here: a closely empathetic voice, exclusively based on the vital function of breathing in that way what led me feel a deep gratefulness and peace. Thank you so much for causing humility in relation to the feelings, thoughts and sensations that I could perceive πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ™

Thank you. My pain is still there, but my color went from deep purple to red with streaks of yellow. πŸ’›
