Welcome to today's Energizer Meditation.
Getting yourself into a seated,
Upright,
Powerful posture,
With your chin gently raised towards the sky and a smile on your face.
This breathing practice we'll be exploring today is a powerful practice that will raise your energy levels.
If at any point you feel yourself getting lightheaded or like you need to stop,
Then please listen to your body and what its needs are.
You can come back to the breath at any point you feel ready.
So now,
Closing your eyes,
With that smile on your face,
Begin to breathe into your body,
Pulling life's energy into your cells,
And slowly exhaling with control any and all energy that no longer serves your body and mind now.
Breathing in,
Acknowledging and giving thanks for your body and your cells which are fully alive,
And exhaling any and all stale energy that's within your body,
Letting it all go.
Breathing in,
Fully and completely feeling your body,
Receiving this energy,
And slowly exhaling with control,
Cleansing your mind,
And emptying the lungs fully.
Breathing in with that smile on your face,
Giving thanks for this breath,
This moment,
This day,
And exhaling all the way,
Circulating the old energy back out to be recycled and renewed.
Breathing in a golden light into your cells,
Feel yourselves absorbing this energy,
Slowly exhaling,
Letting go of any heaviness within the body.
Breathing in,
Expanding the belly,
Expanding the chest,
Feeling yourself receive this oxygen,
And exhaling all the way through your nose,
Emptying your lungs completely.
So we'll now begin the Energizer Breath,
A three part inhale with a pause at the top,
And a one part exhale with a gentle hum as you exhale.
So I'll now count you in so that you can get the rhythm and begin the breath.

Inhaling through your nose,
Pausing for a moment,
Gently exhaling,
Feeling yourself ground into the energy that you're cultivating inside your body.
Inhaling in,
Being presence,
Just noticing how your body feels,
Scanning from the bottom of your feet all the way up your legs and your body to the top of your head.
Being presence with this energy.
We'll now begin the next phase of breathing.

Feeling the energy moving through your body,

Grounding the energy,
Imagining your body growing roots,
Digging those roots into the earth,
Channeling this energy down through your body.
Being presence,
Connected,
And alive.
Aware of the gentle sensations as you sit presence.
We'll now begin the next phase of breathing.

Now breathing all that energy back into your body,
Coming back to that regular pace of breathing,
Pausing at the top for a moment,
Feeling your body energized and full of life,
Exhaling again,
Grounding this energy down,
Being presence with how alive you are in this moment,
Giving thanks for this practice,
For the energy you feel in your body,
For the clarity in your mind.
Spend some time in this space and enjoy what you've cultivated within yourself.
Scanning your body from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head.
Give thanks to the trillions of cells that are inside of you that are vibrating in their aliveness.
Know that this energy and this practice can be accessed at any time,
From anywhere.
So smile in the knowing that you created the shift in how you feel and give thanks for each breath you breathe,
For that conscious connection to all of life.
