Welcome to today's practice.

This meditation is to support you to accept and to feel calm within the storm of change that may be blowing through your life right now.

So getting yourself into a comfortable position so you can relax,

Smile,

And turn within.

As you close your eyes,

Beginning to breathe gently,

Connecting the tip of your tongue with the roof of your mouth,

Inhaling through your nose,

And exhaling through your nose.

Breathing in,

Staying present and connected to the full inhale as you breathe.

And exhaling through your nose,

Staying connected all the way to empty.

Breathing in,

Pulling your energy back into your body from the past and from the future.

Breathing into the present moment as you exhale all the oxygen in your lungs,

Releasing it all.

Breathing in fully and completely,

Giving thanks for this breath.

Exhaling,

Smiling,

And settling into your body,

Inviting your nervous system to calm,

Your muscles to relax.

Breathing in,

Feeling how life is supporting you in this moment to be alive and to be here,

The present moment where your power exists.

Breathing in again,

Bringing your awareness to your spine.

And as you exhale fully,

Imagining your spine like a corkscrew begins to spiral downwards.

And as you inhale,

Feel that corkscrew moving down into the earth as though you're growing roots and connecting your body with the planet.

And inhaling,

Pulling your energy into you,

Arriving in this position,

In this moment,

Fully embodied.

Exhaling,

Relaxing,

Being aware of your center,

Your still point.

Inhaling,

Pulling completely,

And breathing the energy up through your roots into your body,

Cleansing yourself with the earth energy.

And exhaling,

Settling in a little bit more,

Feeling your body relax.

Breathing in again,

Fueling your body with this pure energy coming up from the earth.

And slowly exhaling any nervousness or anxiety down through those roots back into the planet to be recycled and renewed.

Coming up from the earth,

Cleansing your body,

Your mind,

And your cells.

And exhaling all the way,

Giving that energy back into the earth.

Breathing in,

Feeling yourself,

Inhaling all of that pure light energy.

And as you exhale that breath,

Feel the earth absorbing and receiving any and all energy that no longer serves you.

Breathing in full acceptance for exactly where your life is in this moment,

For all of the changes that are happening around you.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself still and in the center of all that change.

Breathing in,

Seeing life and the world and the changes happening around you.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself still and in the middle of it all,

Calm and at peace.

Breathing in,

Present,

Rooted,

And calm,

Knowing that you are supported and all is exactly as it needs to be.

Taking this time to breathe and to be grateful.

How would you feel if you no longer resisted the changes or events in your life?

If you accepted and even celebrated them?

How would it feel to fully let go and allow things to be?

Just breathe in,

Opening your heart to receiving the lessons,

The guidance,

And to express gratitude for the magic and the mystery of this life,

For the gift of being alive,

Knowing that that is enough,

That that is as good as it gets.

Just smiling as you rest in this grounded,

Clear space,

Feeling at ease in your body and your muscles,

Choosing thoughts of gratitude only.

Allowing the words thank you to repeat over again in your mind until you truly,

Fully feel them through each and every cell,

Through every fiber of your being.

Enjoy just exploring your breath and being present with all that is.
