Welcome to this new now moment.
This opportunity to get grounded,
Clear,
And in your body.
Today's practice is going to be a chanting practice using one of the mantras that has really supported me the most through my meditation practice and life over the years.
I'll be practicing the mantra,
Aham Prema,
Chanting it 108 times.
108 being a sacred number.
So turning within as you sit in your upright posture and allowing yourself to fully arrive to where you're seated now.
And as you feel your inner world ground deeply,
Feeling yourself connected to this moment,
To your breath,
To all of life.
Begin to take gentle deep breaths into the bottom of your belly.
And as you do,
Give thanks for the blessings of life,
For the blessings that have guided you to this journey,
To these practices,
To these new tools that you can take with you into all your future moments.
Give thanks for the way that you show up for yourself,
That you show up for your dreams,
That you show up for the moment.
Recognizing and celebrating your own brilliance and magnificence,
The gifts that you're here to share with the world.
Giving thanks for the gratitude that you're learning to cultivate for all your moments,
For all your experiences,
Trusting and knowing that they're all guiding you forward in your life.
To become who you're here to be,
To create whatever it is that you're choosing in your life.
This is your Kao Bunga Vision Quest.
This is your life.
This is your journey.
Give thanks and celebrate.
So begin by taking ten deep breaths,
Inhaling fully,
Exhaling a sigh,
Arriving fully into this moment,
Breathing in,
Exhaling,
Breathing in,
Letting go of any tension or stress you've been holding onto,
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Inhaling,
Letting go,
Breathing in,
Arriving here,
Inhaling,
And softening as you center yourself in your heart space.
Just imagine people chanting this mantra thousands and thousands of years ago in temples of India.
This mantra means I am divine love,
The purest form of love possible.
So as you chant this mantra today,
Notice any resistance that might surface and allow yourself,
Encourage your body to soften,
To open like the lotus flower.
So with each breath we'll chant the mantra twice.
May we find a beautiful rhythm and remember our magnificence through this practice,

Slow,
Controlled breath in through the nose.
Pausing at the top,
Holding that breath for as long as what feels right.
Locking the energy of love into your cells,
Into your mind,
Into your being.
Slowly exhaling with control,
Grounding the energy down through your body,
Through your roots.
Planting those seeds into the earth.
Breathing in,
Pulling a radiant light up from the earth into your body.
Feeling yourself supported by the earth,
Supported by life,
Supported by love.
Hold that breath.
Soften your shoulders.
Open your heart.
Exhale.
Fully and completely,
Pausing at the emptiness at the bottom.
Feel your heartbeat.
The love that pulsates through you.
Breathe in.
Recognize it,
Feel it,
Experience it in every single cell.
Pause at the top.
Feel your heartbeat.
Exhale with control,
Releasing every last drop of air and pausing at the bottom.
Experiencing emptiness.
Breathing in and enjoying these moments to experience the energy you've cultivated in this moment.

Smiling,
Radiating.
Exhale.
See how many moments you can create the energy of love in your life today as you move forward.
Imagine a boat going through the water creating a wake that sends waves to all the shores in all the directions.
As you move forward in your life,
You embody the energy of love.
You send that same wake of energy to all the corners of the earth because you are connected to everything.
By being love,
You create love.
So remember that as life tests you.
Come back to your breath,
Come back to gratitude,
Come back to yourself and create the moment from there.
