Bradley Marcus is a practicing Theravādan Buddhist and meditation teacher with a certification from Harvard in Buddhism and a certification in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. MBCT is a new therapy blending mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals heal themselves in real-time. It is known to battle depression and anxiety. With 600+ hours of meditation and 1,000 days of consistent meditation, Bradley organizes his meditations for all different skill levels. You'll find easy beginner meditations designed to help keep you focused during the entire meditation as well as intermediate and more advanced meditations for those who'd like to develop their practice more deeply from a Theravadān Buddhist perspective.
