How you go to sleep at night determines how you feel when you wake up.
It is important to set your intention for the night ahead.
Make sure you are comfortable and ready for sleep.
Turn off or remove from reach any distractions that are near you.
As you listen,
Visualise what the words mean to you and really feel them.
Believe in what you are hearing and focus on the great night sleep you are about to have.
Take a deep breath and listen.
I release all stress,
Fear and frustration that I may have felt today.
I feel my body relax down into the mattress ready for peaceful sleep.
I allow my body to relax knowing I have done my best today and that I will continue to do my best tomorrow.
I forgive myself for any wrongdoings that may have happened today,
For any negative thoughts or negative things said.
I release any negative feelings and accept this lovely slumber I am about to have.
I allow myself to completely relax and drift off to sleep,
To rest and recuperate so that I have a wonderful day tomorrow.
Tomorrow is full of happy and joyful moments which are meant for me.
Tomorrow will be a great day,
A perfect day,
A day I deserve,
Full of love,
Joy and abundance.
I look forward to waking up full of energy and excitement for the day ahead.
