This is a guided meditation for self-love.
Before we begin,
I'd like you to try to open your mind.
Visualize freeing yourself from the trappings of ruminant thoughts and old thought patterns.
Give your mind space to expand and space for new thought patterns.
Imagine that your mind is ever-expanding beyond all limits.
Your mind can fill the universe.
Feel how wide your mind can expand.
Open your mind and allow the empty space to occupy it.
I'd like you to take some deep breaths with me.
Breathe in and pull in the pure,
Clean air that surrounds you.
You are pulling in the purest air towards you right now.
Fill your lungs with this pure air and let it cleanse you.
As you breathe out,
Imagine blowing any thoughts you have right now out through your mouth.
Blow them out of your body and release them.
Now take another deep inhale of that fresh,
Pure air.
Doesn't that feel great?
Now that your mind is feeling much more at ease,
I would like you to listen carefully to these words.
You are a magnificent being.
You are filled with greatness,
With compassion,
With love.
You are a unique expression of life on this planet.
There never has been,
Nor will there ever be,
Another being quite like you.
And because you are this magnificent,
Unique expression of life,
You are worthy of the greatest amount of love possible.
You are worthy of love simply because you exist right here,
Right now.
There is no other reason for you to be worthy of love.
All you have to do is be here,
Right now,
On this planet.
Here you are,
A being of such magnificence,
Living this life on planet Earth.
What a miraculous thing.
Just being here is enough for you to be worthy of the greatest amount of love.
Just being here is enough.
I'd like you to take your hands now and place them over your heart.
Repeat these words after me.
I am magnificent.
I am miraculous.
I love myself completely.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of my love.
I am worthy.
Keep your hands on your heart and address the following to that small child within you,
Your inner child.
I love you.
I love you with all my heart.
You are so worthy of love.
You are so deserving.
I love you.
I am here for you.
I will always love you.
Feel these words.
Feel how deeply they connect with your being.
This is self-love.
That love you feel right now is being felt at the very core of you.
And if you're feeling any other intense emotions right now,
Let yourself feel them.
We need to feel our emotions in order to release them.
Feel your way through these emotions and allow them to wash over you.
Take a wave,
They will come in and fall away again.
Take a deep breath now and bring your awareness to the fact that you are becoming calm and centered.
Self-love is integral to life.
We need to love ourselves in order to be the greatest version of ourselves we can be.
We need to love and accept ourselves no matter what.
It is our responsibility to accept ourselves completely.
Sit with this for a few moments now and let the love vibrate throughout your whole being.
When we practice self-love,
We heal on the deepest level.
We reprogram our belief systems and thought patterns.
We reprogram our cellular blueprint.
Self-love heals all wounds because we finally find the love and acceptance we've been waiting for our whole lives.
We finally find ourselves.
Let's repeat these affirmations,
Hand over heart,
Addressing the deepest part of you.
I love you.
I love you with all my heart.
You are so worthy of love.
You are so deserving.
I love you.
I am here for you.
I will always love you.
Repeat this meditation and exercise anytime you need a reminder that you are loved beyond compare.
Take this exercise and practice it on a daily basis.
Self-love is an ongoing journey,
An ongoing practice.
We need to keep supporting ourselves in order to reach for more,
To grow and expand.
We need to support ourselves in order to live in joy and in gratitude.
You are magnificent.
You are miraculous.
You are love.
