Welcome to another guided meditation on managing anxiety.
Do not listen to this recording when your mind requires your conscious attention or while driving.
Listen to this meditation when you're laying on a bed or sitting comfortably on a chair.
You are going to go on an inner journey where you will learn about managing anxiety and staying calm.
And once you have finished listening to this,
You will have no anxiety whatsoever.
You will feel happier,
Confident and in control of your emotions.
So let's start with this wonderful inner journey.
I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Inhale deeply from your nose and exhale from your mouth.
That's right.
Take another deep breath.
Inhale deeply from your nose,
Fully and completely.
And exhale from your mouth.
Now take the third deep breath.
Inhale and exhale.
I would like you to now imagine or visualize a beautiful scenic place in your mind.
A place that calms you down and there is no anxiety at all.
Perhaps you've been to this place before or you may want to create a new beautiful and calming place right now in your mind.
So it could be real or imaginary.
Any place outdoors that is wonderful to look at and calming to be in.
And in that place I wonder if you can imagine surrounding yourself with things that make you feel at calm.
You may even imagine doing activities that make you feel relaxed.
And you notice,
Visualize and feel enjoying all those activities and wonderful surroundings.
Feeling absolutely calm and relaxed.
I would be quiet for a few moments so that you enjoy your favorite calming activity in the beautiful serene surroundings.
And I want you to make this scene vivid in your mind.
And as you make this scene vivid in your mind you take another breath and take in the calmness coming from the scene in the form of the sky blue color.
It is so calming.
And you fill yourself up with it as you breathe in.
And when you breathe out you exhale all the residual anxiety.
That's right.
So take another deep breath and inhale the calming blue energy and let it go in every part of your body.
Your mind and soul.
Let that go in every muscle,
Fiber and cell of your body.
And exhale in a thing that serves no purpose.
That's right.
Now take the third deep breath,
Inhale the calmness and let go of anything and everything that cause you to feel anxious as you exhale.
That's right.
You are calm and relaxed.
Feeling wonderful and amazing about yourself in every way.
And anytime in future you have the need to feel calm just imagine this scene in your mind anywhere and at any time.
And you will be relaxed immediately.
Stay in this wonderful place for some time as I stay quiet.
I am now going to count you out from one to five.
At five you will be fully awake.
Feeling great about yourself.
Feeling light,
Relaxed,
Happy and much calmer.
So start coming up with one,
Higher up with two,
Further up with three.
All your spiritual,
Mental,
Emotional and physical bodies aligned at four.
At five eyes open wide awake.
Feeling calm and relaxed.
