Allow your eyes to comfortably close.

And breathe out in a long sigh down the full length of your body.

Allowing your body to soften and release what it's brought with it here and no longer needs to carry.

As you do so,

Say the words,

Silently or out loud.

I let go of the day and let go into sleep.

As you do so,

Allow the whole of you to soften.

Letting everything be just as it is in this moment,

Without judging it,

Wishing it different or trying to change anything.

Allow yourself to soften into accepting things just as they are.

Come down into your body's weight.

And the movements your body makes as you breathe.

The sensation of the air entering and leaving.

Allowing the breath to slow down in its own time.

Slowing the body down.

Slowing the mind down.

As you say the words,

All is well.

The universe supports me.

I am on my path.

All is unfolding as it should.

Feel the weight of your body supported.
