Namaste everybody.
Welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert.
So,
I have a sort of somewhat confession to make.
I have a client.
You guys are gonna laugh when you hear this.
I have a client that has been with me for a long time.
And she has been told over the course of the years,
It's not your time.
Right?
It's just not your time because she wants to do this and wants to do that.
And she's in spirit keeps saying,
It's not your time,
It's not your time.
Right?
Well,
It's her time now.
Right?
But here's the kicker to the entire thing.
Right?
She's doing all this stuff and I'm like finding myself,
Not like jealous,
Like in a jealous sort of way,
But in a jealous in a like,
Wow,
I'm so happy for her,
But I'm so not happy for myself because I'm not keeping up with my,
What I want to do.
Do you know what I'm saying?
So had to laugh because I thought and because I thought to myself,
You know what?
This is exactly what I talk about like all the time.
It's just because it's not your time or my time doesn't mean that it's never going to be my time.
So it is her time and I couldn't be happier for her.
Right?
And it's just so interesting to me because I think we all do this.
Gosh,
We want what we can't have or we want what we are working towards right now.
Right?
We want it all now,
But the bottom line is sometimes we can't have it all right now and that's okay.
It will get there.
It will be our time eventually.
Right?
You know,
I mean,
I'm frustrated cause I am actually focusing on my health right now and focusing on some health issues and getting strong and blah,
Blah,
Blah.
And I keep thinking,
Okay,
That is my focus right now.
Maybe that's not somebody else's focus,
But it's mine.
Right?
So I say to you,
Maybe it's not your time right now,
But it will be.
It will be your time.
Stay your course.
Stay your course.
Know what you need to do and stay your course.
Don't allow those negative feelings of,
Well,
I want that or I want that.
The big shiny object in front of you.
I want that.
I want that.
I want this.
I want that.
But guess what?
You'll get it eventually if you stay the course.
Stay your course and don't allow those big shiny objects over here and over there to,
To,
Um,
Reel you in to that place of jealousy or,
You know,
Or,
Ah,
Why don't I have that?
You know,
Or those negative feelings we have about ourselves sometimes.
That negative self-talk.
Right?
So along the way,
Along the way here,
Here's my three things.
Okay?
My three things,
And it's very appropriate actually right now because,
Um,
Mercury is retro greater and it's getting to be retrograde,
Right?
My three P's.
Positivity,
Persistence,
And positivity,
Persistence,
And oh my God,
I knew I should have written it down.
I say it all the time too.
Perseverance,
Right?
Perseverance,
Positivity,
And persistence.
Keep the three P's in your back pocket.
Oh my gosh.
Patience.
That's what it is.
Patience,
Positivity,
Persistence.
Oh my gosh.
Okay.
Patience,
Positivity,
And persistence.
I knew,
I knew that that was not quite right.
Oh gosh.
I love sometimes how real I am,
But sometimes I think I'm a little bit too real for the world,
Right?
So keep those three P's in your back pocket and stay the course.
Right?
Stay the course.
Alright,
So let's get ourselves situated.
Yeah,
You never know what you're going to get when you tune into in the flow.
Um,
Okay,
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
You can be,
You can,
Uh,
You can be seated.
You can sit cross-legged.
You can lay down whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Okay.
And when you feel comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Let's take a nice deep breath in really slow through your nose and release.
Beautiful.
Breathing in that patience,
Positivity,
Persistence.
Breathe that in.
Let's take another deep breath in really slow this time.
Breathing in oxygen and all those positive vibes and release.
Perfect.
As we sit,
Getting ready.
To sit in the silence and stillness just for a few minutes.
Let's go to our morning routine of gratitude.
Let's do a rampage of gratitude.
I have a friend that said it that way and I just love that.
Let's have a rampage of gratitude.
What are you grateful for?
Just in your head,
Just start naming stuff.
Don't think about it.
Just say it.
I'm grateful for Keith and Carly and my house and this show and this community and my coffee and this computer.
All of it.
The weather.
Keep going.
What are you grateful for?
Let's hope that that brings a smile to your face.
All those things that you are grateful for.
All those things help us to stay the course.
Being grateful helps us to keep our vibration high and stay in that place of pure joy.
And that is what allows us to stay the course.
Our mantra today is the following.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
We repeat that over and over.
If you lose track of the mantra,
That's absolutely okay.
You're doing nothing wrong.
Just absolutely sitting here makes it right.
All you have to do is swish those thoughts aside.
If you get sidetracked,
You can either go back to the mantra or you can focus on your breath.
And let's begin.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
I trust the universe and its timing.
Let's take a nice deep breath in,
Filling up our lungs with this mantra of trust and release.
Beautiful.
Whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
I just want to leave you with this.
Spirit,
God,
Universe,
Whatever you choose to call it,
Knows where you are,
Knows where you are supposed to be,
And knows what you will be doing.
So trust,
Trust Spirit.
Awesome.
So until next time,
I love you all so much.
Thanks for joining today.
Namaste everybody.
