Yes,

And good morning everybody.

Welcome to Wednesday morning meditation.

Yay.

I hope everybody is feeling great and ready to meditate.

I again woke up in a great mood.

I don't know why.

Isn't it great when you wake up in a good mood?

Feels so good.

It's like you know that it's going to be an okay day,

Right?

Or good day,

Right?

So today we're going to talk about embracing your inner weirdness,

Right?

Oh,

I've been weird my whole life.

You know,

I was never one of the popular kids.

Never.

You know,

It seemed to me that if everybody was going right,

I should say it this way,

If everybody's going right,

I ended up going left just because I didn't want to be like everybody else.

So you know,

And I'm still that way.

You know,

I tried so hard to fit in when I was a kid,

As we all do,

Of course,

Right?

But I realized that we're all just trying to make it in the world,

Right?

We're all just trying to be who we're supposed to be in life,

Right?

And we're just making our own path.

That's the best we can,

That's all the best we can do.

So let's embrace the weirdness.

Because guess what?

The weirdness leads to freedom.

Right?

Doesn't that make sense?

Our own personal weirdness is freedom.

So that's how I,

That mindset is really how I became a medium,

To be honest,

And became to just understand my,

Who I was in the world.

And that's how I was able to just embrace myself in terms of my mediumship and my own spirituality and all that stuff,

Right?

So today,

In honor of the weird ones,

Like us,

Are you weird too?

In honor of the weird ones,

We are going to do a third eye meditation.

And I want to tell you about the third eye.

Everybody always thinks,

Ooh,

It's the weird one.

It's the,

I shouldn't say weird,

It's the woo woo one,

Right?

Well,

They're all woo woo,

I guess,

If you really want to say that.

But the third eye is Ajna.

Okay?

And that's the Sanskrit word for it.

And its element is truly light,

Right?

And when we're focusing on our third eye,

We're really focusing on clarity and wisdom,

Right?

So when we do,

If you do a third eye meditation,

It's going to end up to be wisdom that you are grasping onto and that you are getting.

Okay?

You know,

And just to tell you a little bit more about the third eye,

You know,

When I do readings,

Clairvoyance is what is connected to your third eye.

That's what it's called.

It's called clairvoyance.

So what's interesting is,

Is that clairvoyance is not my main way of reading.

Whenever I give readings,

It's mostly clairsentience,

Which is a whole other thing.

That's your solar plexus.

So that's another day.

That's another show.

But your third eye is what gives you the vision,

Right?

The clarity,

All of that stuff,

Right?

So when I do readings,

I will,

Usually I tune in with clairsentience,

Which is the feelings and all that stuff.

But I'll see pictures and movies in my head of past,

The past,

Maybe a picture that's in a book somewhere or something like that.

So that is the third eye.

That's the third eye in the spirituality,

In the mediumship sense.

But the third eye,

In terms of people who don't practice mediumship and that sort of thing is really just about,

Like I said,

Clarity and wisdom and don't we all need that?

Don't we all want some clarity and wisdom?

So that's what we're going to do today.

So what I'd like for us to do is,

First of all,

Get yourself comfy.

I'm moving my chair back because I'm going to drum today.

Okay,

So first of all,

What we want to do is,

Is there a situation that you need clarity on?

Or is there something that you need wisdom about?

Okay,

So start thinking about that as we get into our morning meditation.

Okay,

So start thinking about that and I'll talk you through that in a few minutes.

But okay,

So everybody,

I want us all to relax.

Get yourself comfy with your blankie.

And then let's all let our eyes flick closed.

And let's take a nice,

Beautiful,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

So let's breathe in through our nose.

Very long and slow.

And hold it and breathe out.

And let's do that again and take a really slow,

Have it be the slowest breath in.

So that it reaches every single cell in your body.

So let's breathe in very slow.

And hold it and breathe out.

Gorgeous.

Beautiful.

So let's begin our day as we get ready for silence and stillness.

Let's begin our day with our three things of gratitude.

What are the three things that you are so grateful for this morning?

This early,

Early part of the morning.

Even if it's noon when you're listening to this,

Or midnight,

What are three things that you are grateful for?

I actually slept through the night.

I am so,

So grateful for that.

I am so grateful for my sleep.

I'm grateful for the hummingbird feeder I got.

I get to feed the little birdies.

And I'm grateful for my drum.

My drum that I love playing.

Now I want us to think about what I mentioned before.

A situation or something in your life that you feel like you need wisdom on or clarity on.

What is that?

Now I'd like for us to focus on that space between your brows,

Your third eye,

Where your third eye is.

Focus on that spot on your body.

Focus on your third eye as we ask for clarity in that situation and wisdom as to how to deal with whatever it is.

For our mantra today,

We're going back to a classic,

Very powerful mantra.

There's a reason why everybody has heard of OM because it's very,

Very powerful.

So as we begin our meditation,

We're going to,

In our minds,

Or you can do it out loud,

Whatever feels most comfortable to you.

The mantra OM.

And it can be sing songy if you choose.

It can be just you saying the word OM or it can be a hum.

OM.

But have it be constant.

That's what we're looking for.

The constant nature of it.

I will keep the time so you don't need to worry about that.

Let's just focus on our third eye.

If you feel your mind drifting,

Bring your mind back very gently to your third eye and OM.

And let's begin.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Removing our fingers and toes.

And let's chant OM one time together as we seal this meditation,

Asking for clarity and wisdom in whatever situation it is that we brought to our meditation today.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Beautiful.

You can open your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.

Awesome.

Thank you so much for joining me today for our third eye meditation and embracing our weirdness because that's what we should do.

It's freedom,

Folks.

And once we finally realize that it's freedom,

It's perfect.

It's really wonderful whenever we start to realize that it is freedom.

All right,

So until tomorrow,

I love you all.

Namaste,

Everybody.

Have a beautiful,

Wonderful day.

This was magical for me today in every way, every coincidence that I saw and felt the power of my Third Eye. Wow. I will return again and again to flow in possibilities with your transporting melody - both your voice and your instrument. 💗
