The exhaustion, the anxiety, the heartbreak. How is it possible to get past the recent events and how it all made us feel? Trusting the universe is hard but so so necessary. Knowing that what happens is for our highest and greatest good is sometimes hard to believe but it is the perfect path to peace.

Namaste everybody.

Welcome to In The Flow with Flori Albert.

So how's everybody feeling?

Are you feeling anxious?

Or are you feeling peace?

Who knows,

Right?

So you guys know I normally do this every day.

And yesterday was,

No it actually wasn't yesterday,

It was the day before.

It was Election Day.

And yesterday I found myself in such a place of,

Well at first it was like I was like anxious and all of that stuff,

You know everything that everybody was feeling.

But then I started getting really really sad.

Sad because,

And to the point where I couldn't even do this yesterday because I had myself in such a state because let's not forget,

Well not expecting you guys to remember this,

But I I'm an empath so I take on so much and I I like that,

Right?

I like being an empath and taking on that stuff because I want to feel,

Right?

However,

Yesterday was a bit much,

Or two days ago was a bit much for me and I needed a day of sitting back and just being,

Right?

Oh my gosh,

Right?

But anyway,

So throughout the day yesterday I started feeling like really sad for humanity.

How divided are we,

Right?

How divided are we?

And it doesn't matter what side you chose.

It doesn't matter,

It doesn't matter how you voted.

We need to trust,

You know?

Bottom line is,

I'm getting ahead of myself,

Bottom line is,

So I went through the whole range of emotions yesterday and that was like,

Whoo,

You know?

And then finally last night somebody said,

Or I read it somewhere on Facebook or something,

They said,

We have to trust the universe.

And I'm like,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Trust the universe.

But then they went on to say,

Trust that whatever the situation ends up to be,

That it is a lesson,

It is for our highest and greatest good.

We have to trust.

And I was like,

Whoa,

It like,

Pew,

Hit me between the eyes because I was like,

Yeah,

It's about trust.

We need to trust.

We need to trust.

We need to trust that it will work out the way it's supposed to work out.

Hard,

Super,

Super hard to do,

Right?

Yeah,

Super hard to do.

Trusting the universe,

Okay?

So now today what I really want to do is,

I want us to do the ho'oponopono prayer for our meditation because that,

It sort of helps us to cleanse our space.

And if we hold it where it cleanses our space as well as the space of our town,

Our city,

Our country,

Our world,

Right?

We can have it,

We can have it sort of cleanse our entire world,

Right?

Yeah.

Now I don't want to discount anybody's feelings because if you're feeling stressed or if you're feeling anxious or you know,

Whatever,

I get it.

But we must rise above.

We must rise above.

We must keep our vibration high.

I have a friend who keeps calling and sending posts and texting and stuff saying,

Stay positive,

Stay positive,

Hold the space for the world,

The country,

Whatever,

Hold the space because that's the bottom line.

It's not,

And yes this could be a controversial statement,

It could be,

It could be not,

It could go our way or it could not go our way.

It kind of doesn't matter.

We need to hold the space for the world.

Doesn't matter who's gonna win.

Whoa!

Yes,

It does,

But it doesn't,

Okay?

Because we have to get in our,

Get in our spiritual space and stay there because then whatever happens,

Your candidate wins,

Your candidate doesn't win.

We are holding that space for the world and that's what matters.

And it took me all day yesterday to get to that place.

It took me all day to get there.

Now I'm not saying I'm not still having moments of anxiety and all of that stuff,

But holding space for the world really,

It hits me.

It hits me and I did a meditation on that like last week,

Holding space for the world.

This is in a different context though,

Right?

Because before it was peace because I was like so upset about seeing all the people and everybody at each other's throats and it was really,

Really difficult as I'm sure you all understand,

Right?

This is a different kind of anxiety and I think you guys can probably understand that.

So now let's get ourselves into,

And I so apologize that I could not be here yesterday,

But the reality is is that you know sometimes we need to go inside and figure it out.

So today I am here to lead you to figure your part out,

Right?

So let's get ourselves comfortable because this is a meditation and I want us to really,

I want us to really go deep this time.

Go deep into the meditation,

Okay?

Because that's where we're gonna find the peace.

That's where the anxiety is going to move to the other side.

That's where we're gonna stay positive.

Okay,

Alright.

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

Oh and let's take a nice really slow deep breath in.

Really slow filling up our lungs with air and joy and love and peace and positivity and release.

Really good.

So today as we start to get our bodies ready to sit in this stillness,

Our mantra is the Hawaiian prayer ho'oponopono.

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

I'm sorry to the world,

To ourselves,

To anyone we may have offended,

To anyone we need to say I'm sorry to.

Please forgive me to the world,

To ourselves,

To anyone that we need to say this to,

To the universe.

Thank you.

Thank you to,

To spirit,

To the universe,

To the world,

To ourselves.

Thank you.

I love you to ourselves,

To the world,

To spirit the universe.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies and the chair where we're sitting.

Let's take a deep breath in,

Filling up our lungs again with beautiful oxygen and love.

And release.

And whenever you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.

So today,

As you go throughout the day,

This is the perfect little phrases to say to yourself throughout the day.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

It is a it's the Hawaiian prayer of healing.

It's a prayer of healing.

Healing for yourself.

Healing for other people.

We've got this.

We need to keep our vibration high.

Keep your vibration high.

So I love you guys so much.

Thank you for all the love that you've shown me all the time.

I appreciate you all.

Until next time,

Namaste everybody.
