Seven minutes to a restful mind for blissful sleep. Put this track on as you are getting into bed to be ushered from today into tomorrow, from consciousness to sleep restoration. This practice begins with a short exercise to mindfully recap and celebrate well-being from the day, bringing about a positive mind state before completely letting go into sleep. Jordana’s voice guides you, gives your subconscious the permission to feel, “today was good, today was enough, tomorrow will come, but now it is time for rest.” Light piano music is accompanying this meditation.

Namaste,

Love.

It's Jordana here,

And it's time for us to wind down for the day.

So if you're not already in bed,

Go ahead and make your way there.

Get yourself cozy and comfortable.

Use the pillows how you like them.

Take your time to come into a place of rest in the body.

A position where you can find stillness.

Your body is totally supported by your pillows and mattress.

Feel yourself already beginning to naturally let go.

Take a deep breath in,

And let it go.

Exhale out the mouth.

One more breath like that.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Exhale out the mouth.

As you prepare for a deep restorative sleep,

Let's first take a few moments to recognize a highlight or two from the day.

Ask yourself,

What went really well today?

As an observer taking notice,

Give yourself a moment to scan through your day.

What's one thing that went well today?

And maybe you can think of one more thing that went well today.

Whether it be a big achievement or even something small like eating a healthy meal,

Sharing a smile or a laugh with someone you enjoy,

Or taking those extra few minutes to savor a walk outside.

Perhaps getting to bed and putting this meditation on is something you can recognize yourself for.

Creating a mindful nighttime ritual and setting the intention to restore yourself overnight.

Filling yourself up with gratitude for what went well today.

And freeing your mind now.

Letting your mind just be.

Maybe bringing a smile to your face as you breathe in and breathe out.

It's time for you to take a full stop on any busyness of today.

On anything that needs to be worked out for tomorrow.

Tomorrow will surely come,

But now is here for decompression.

For ease.

For peaceful,

Quiet slumbering.

If there is any residual strain from today,

Feel it naturally releasing.

Dissolve away any heaviness from the body and any weight carried in the mind.

Let the mattress and your pillow absorb any tension,

Any stress,

Any heaviness you carry.

It's okay to totally let go now.

It's okay to drift into sleep.

Welcome in the serenity your soul deserves.

Let it relax the entire energy surrounding your body.

As if your body lay in a cocoon of serenity.

Feel yourself held here.

Become more and more peaceful.

Without awareness of anything in particular.

Without need to be aware.

Allow your consciousness to relax,

To melt.

Soften into the sweetness of rest.

Welcome sleep for deep peace.

And open love as you sail into the sea of dreams.

Good night.
