Feel a beautiful white light coming down onto your head. Comes down to your head, Into your body. Touches your eyes, Then your nose, Chin, Down your neck to your shoulders. Imagine it now. Moving down to your heart, Filling it with love. Then all through your chest, Down to your stomach. The light comes down to your hips, Then your knees, And all the way down to your feet. The light even goes into your toes, Showering them with a golden white light. Making your whole body relax and feel weightless, Like you're floating above the bed. You feel light as a feather. You feel light as a feather. You feel light as a feather. If there are any areas of your body that are tense, Just take the golden white light there. And shower them with love, Light, And joy.
