Hey,

This is Dr.

Rachel and I'm a psychologist and healer inviting you in this sacred moment to settle in,

Settle into the experience of being here right now,

Settle into whatever posture you find your body in as you listen,

Settle into your body through your breath,

Settle into your environment through sound or scent or sight,

All of the while using your awareness and your focused attention to bring you to the very experience you're having of right now.

I've been deeply and profoundly inspired by my own path to healing and I'm here to help others through the process of awakening to cultivate a practice of staying awake,

Aware and inspired and connecting to the deepest and truest divine within.

What does it mean for you to live alive,

Vibrant and full in the belief of magic and in alignment with how to cultivate it?

What would it feel like to live fully consciously,

Full of robust creativity and unapologetic devotion to your heart-centered values?

What would you have to shed?

What would you have to welcome in?

What if you always felt connected to the spiritual elevations that reverberate throughout the air waiting for your attention?

What if we permitted people to pray in public amidst their storefronts while at work,

Along the streets,

As a proud declaration of priority?

What if we created,

Consciously,

Such a soft,

Tender and unmistakable sense of safety and kindness among ourselves,

Among each other and the environments we create as we build communities?

What if we took back our power in this way?

When considering the ubiquitous ailments of systemic and culturally imposed stress in the West,

The reprieve that comes from authentic and conscious living is not just welcomed,

It's a drink of fresh water after time spent too long parched in the desert.

Let's wonder together,

What is a life fulfilled?

By whose measure?

What does it take to define it for ourselves?

It's only when I slow down enough to be with myself to really listen that I discover my own guidance system by staying attuned to my body,

The flow of the divine and honoring every sacred second.

And so I want to know,

What if we spent more days in flow?

What if we released our agenda despite the mind's pull to create one?

And what if we allowed for the unfolding?

What if we trusted ourselves,

Each other and the grander energy at play that we're constantly in synergistic co-creation with to guide?

What if we really let in a true trust and a true tuning into intuition to the sacred vessel of the body to inner knowing what we need and when?

Magically then,

What if we felt the experience become cohesive as we are divinely led to the next right thing along the path?

What if we really felt into the sanctuary that comes from conscious,

Embodied,

Divinely oriented living?

What if we engaged more highly attuned to ourselves,

To the spiritual and each other and let that permeate our experience so gracefully?

And what if it manifested in the warm kindness in the eyes of a stranger,

Joyful disposition of our people,

Healing foods and spaces intended to create sustainable living dictated by wise values that prioritize spirit and the earth and animals and each other?

What if we gave ourselves the time and space to be and feel into our natural divinity?

What if we opted for more rest?

What if we choose to live from heart-centered values?

What if we choose to connect to ourselves and each other with more patience and intention?

What if we all devoted practice to getting out of our heads and into our bodies?

What if we choose healing instead of re-traumatization?

And what if we used inclusiveness as a compass to build connection and community?

What if we were enough without our endless lists of to-dos?

What if we choose a return to love relentlessly?

What if we didn't lose sight of ourselves?

What if we choose to really love ourselves as an act of holy reverence for the sacred gift of life?

What if we embraced new ideas while honoring ancient wisdom?

Are we going to choose our natural state with appreciations for modern movements but without getting lost in them?

We get to choose for ourselves.

And I choose the sacred.

I choose the fruits that come from authentic and awakened living.

I choose to love and care for myself unapologetically.

I choose to emerge.

I choose to be dormant in silence,

Coming forth deeply restored.

I choose to shed all that is truly unnatural and rest with gentleness there.

I choose to learn how to trust my breath even deeper.

I choose to learn and practice how to truly align breath,

Body,

And awareness.

Death gives way for rebirth.

And oftentimes a process of emergence requires periods of gestation.

It is only through the stillness and silence we can hear with clarity.

Thank you to all of those who join me on the path,

Near and far,

New and old,

Short and long.

Thank you for joining me here.

I celebrate you and I implore you to stay curious,

To surrender to your dreams,

And to feel deeply.

To keep taking the risk to show up as your truest,

Most authentic self,

And to heal everything that keeps you from that,

Devotedly.

To live and breathe from your heart and to align with truth.

Until next time,

Be peace.
