Welcome to this journey.
To get started,
Bring your attention just to the body.
Bring your mind's focus to the body's posture.
Just notice whatever position the body finds itself in now.
Just use your awareness to make a note of whatever it is,
If it's sitting,
Laying.
Now gently bring your mind's attention to your body breathing.
Just notice that there is breath.
That your body is breathing on your behalf without you having to earn or work for it.
The beautiful thing about breath is that there's no having to be good enough for it.
There is only breath.
Life force coming and going,
Arising and falling.
And we have this powerful,
Tremendous gift of focused attention that we can use to bring the mind back to the breath.
And the mind will reliably veer away.
And the moment you become aware of the mind's propensity to be anywhere but here,
Be grateful for that mindful moment,
That sliver of awareness that's asking for you to gently and kindly return the mind's focus back to the body,
Back to the breath.
And allow this practice,
This beautiful practice to ground your body,
To become anchored in mind in the very now moment.
The moment of now,
The moment of here.
Using attention and intention,
We're going to connect you to your unique and perfect magic.
The power center that lives within your very being.
Deep in the bones,
Beyond the conscious mind,
Underlying and overarching every experience and asking for your sincere expression.
Through the use of mantras,
Repeat the following to yourself out loud or within the conscious mind with attention and intention.
I am free.
I am full.
I am aware.
I am kind.
I am always being divinely led to the next best place at the right time with the right person.
I am happy where I am and I am eager for where I'm going.
I am responsible for my energy and I am empowered in that place.
I honor the goodness within myself and others.
Right now,
In this holy moment,
I am safe.
I am well cared for.
I deserve beautiful things.
I deserve healing.
I deserve natural and sacred medicine for my body,
Heart,
Mind and spirit.
I am in my truth.
I am in my belonging.
I am in my freedom.
I welcome exploration.
I welcome discovery.
I am patient.
I am always learning and growing.
I love to flow,
Glow and grow.
I love freedom.
I love making my own rules.
I love honoring my path.
I love receiving my rise.

May I slow down enough to meet myself and those I encounter and to develop the skill to shed that which does not matter so that I can always come from what does.
And may I continue to listen deeply within and be brave and be patient enough to follow the guidance that I find there.
Now,
Take a nice,
Slow,
Deep,
Focused,
Deliberate breath in through the nose.
And release it out through the nose.
And do that one more time in through the nose and out through the nose.
Just notice any sensations,
Any changes in the body,
Anything particularly palpable,
Just feel into it.
Give yourself a heaping,
Holy amount of gratitude and recognition for giving yourself this time.
I celebrate you in this work to be and feel and experience your best.

When you're ready,
You can start to move the body a bit to wake it up,
Prepare it to move.
Wiggle the toes,
Wiggle the fingers,
Stretch the arms out maybe,
Maybe move your shoulders around a bit,
Tilt your head from side to side,
Front to back,
Stretch.
And in your time,
When you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes,
Orient yourself to this space and feel a bit lighter,
Feel a bit freer,
Feel a bit more flow as you embark on whatever is coming up for you.
