I take a moment to separate myself from the world to hear my soul.
Restlessness,
Agitation,
Irritation,
And worry are hosting my mind and my heart.
In silence,
I sit comfortably in a dignified posture,
Opening my heart and all my senses to be here for me and with me.
Slowly and deeply,
I breathe in and out.
Becoming aware of my body,
I can feel its inner agitation with the help of my breath.
I gently instruct it to calm down.
I can see and feel the air coming in,
Refreshing each part of my inner body and the air coming out,
Carrying away all tension.
I start to enter a deep state of physical stillness,
Calmness,
And relaxation.
Following my breath,
I allow it to take me to my inner sacred space.
Being here in my safe place,
I pay attention to my inner speech.
I can notice some ideas running wild in my mind.
I breathe in to open space for them to be.
And when I breathe out,
I allow them to slow down.
With my mind more open and spacious,
I can now be totally present.
I can feel the warmth and the connection between me and my inner being.
Now,
I get in touch with my difficult emotions,
I talk to them so they feel seen.
I recognize the suffering,
I feel the emotional wound open and hurting.
But I am here now and I will always be.
In a sacred and respectful way,
I approach my soul to show her my understanding,
Love,
And compassion.
Then I ask,
What can I do to ease the suffering?
Being totally alert and present,
I allow my soul to manifest freely images,
Colors,
And sounds.
They are all welcome to guide my path.
Receiving this message in my soul's language,
I seek courage,
Inspiration,
Clarity,
And wisdom.
I now know what I can do to deal with the discomfort while the storm passes.
I also understand that I have the freedom to select what I see,
I read,
I take part in,
And that I can also decide to withdraw if it doesn't agree with my well-being.
Before coming back to the external world,
I receive a gift from my soul.
When I open it,
I see a world,
This world is a reminder,
A secret password that signifies our deep connection.
I let everything go and connect again with my breathing.
I start to become aware of my body and I feel lighter,
More grounded,
More confident,
And stronger.
Sensing the space around me and listening to the sounds.
Slowly,
I open my eyes,
Feeling ready to start a new chapter full of courage and freedom.
I now know what I can do to deal with the discomfort while the storm passes.
