Creating space.
Feeling tingles at the crown of your head as you feel this space expanding.
Moving down to your forehead,
Intending to relax your forehead,
Releasing all muscular tension.
Feeling this space widen,
Expand.
Feeling warmth in your forehead,
Tingles.
Moving down to your eyebrows,
Relaxing your eyebrows.
Feeling the energy in your eyebrows.
Feeling the expansion,
The space created as you intend to relax in this space.
Moving to the side of your eyes,
To your temples.
Relaxing this space,
Intending for all muscular tension in this space to dissolve.
Feeling warmth and tingles as you continue to relax this space.
Moving on to your eyelids,
Relaxing the eyelids,
Feeling them heavy,
Limp,
Relaxed.
As you continue to relax your eyelids feeling warmth and expansion in this area of your body,
Feel the eyes sink into their sockets gently.
Feeling your eyes become more and more relaxed,
Without movement.
Moving on to your cheeks,
Relaxing all the muscles in your cheeks.
Feeling tingles and warmth in this area of your body,
Expansion.
Feeling your cheeks heavy,
Limp,
Melting.
Relaxing your nose.
Feeling the nose heavy,
Limp,
Without any muscular tension.
Moving on to your lips,
Relaxing your lips.
Feeling the warmth and tingle in your lips as you intend to relax all muscular tension.
Allowing for your tongue to be at the bottom of your mouth,
Relaxed.
Relaxing your jaw,
Heavy,
Limp,
Melting.
Feeling your entire face warm and tingling,
Relaxed without any tension.
Moving to your ears,
Relaxing your ears.
Dissolving all tension,
Feeling space created in your ears,
Warmth,
Tingles.
Moving on to your scalp,
Feeling the skin at the back of your head expanding.
Feeling warmth and tingles in the back of your head.
Feeling your entire face,
Your entire head completely relaxed.
Feeling your neck relax,
All the muscles in your neck completely relaxed.
Feeling your entire head completely relaxed,
Free of tension.
Sending this relaxation into each and every part of your body.
Sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.
When you are ready,
You can begin to slowly deepen your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Slowly coming back and gently opening your eyes.
