In doing the work with darkness we always need to ensure we close our loop and find our way forward. It is work for the bravest of brave and I give great respect for you beginning this process.

Lay yourself to now resettle back onto the ground and find that space.

It is important that we complete the circle.

Laying down,

Getting comfortable.

Deep breath in,

Long breath out.

Allow yourself a moment to calm,

Especially if you've really released and felt into the depth of that darkness.

Allow yourself to calm and soften.

Nice deep breath in,

Long release out.

Breathing back down through the feet,

Through the legs,

Through the hips,

Stomach and the spine.

Drawing that breath through the body.

Breathing it in,

Breathing it out,

Clearing the energy spiraling through the spine.

You're already relaxed,

It is just releasing the pain from the darkness and the secrets.

Focus on the breath and allow that to release.

Breathing it in,

Breathing it out.

Allow yourself to go back to the space at the sacred door.

Give yourself a moment to place yourself there.

Deep breath in,

Long breath out.

Know you are supported,

Know you are safe and stand and turn to face the great door at your sacred space.

Opening the door,

Allowing yourself to enter.

You already feel a release in your heart as you look to your beautiful space.

The garden to your left walking towards the colors,

The fragrances,

Every flower you can imagine into your beautiful garden.

Connect to it,

Touch it,

Feel,

Smell,

Allow that to be a joy in your heart.

And you walk through the garden and stand at the edge looking out at all that is your sacred space.

The river at the base of the hill,

The vast rolling lush mountains,

The great rock of wisdom,

The spaces of abundance,

The animals and your gazebo.

Walking your way to the gazebo to again find your journal and just for a moment allowing yourself to write down anything else that has come through from your walk into the hidden secrets and the darkness.

And now that you're finished I want you to take a nice deep breath in and look out as far as you can see and ask yourself what did this to me?

And I want a heaviness within you that knows that you have allowed this darkness and these secrets to be a part of you.

At some point you gave up on you,

Maybe you've never known you,

You've never believed or loved in you.

All your choices and decisions have brought you to here,

Have taken you through those secrets in the darkness.

Now I want you to stand and bring your journal and walk through your sacred space and recall the moments as many as you can.

The moment that person said you weren't enough and you believed them.

The moment that had you feel you weren't worthy and you believed it.

When did you stop loving you?

What was that moment?

When did you allow doubt to take over your intuition?

When did you allow another person's thoughts to lead your own?

When did you start to believe in everybody being so much more than you?

What was that moment?

Remember to breathe and as you think of each of these moments release,

Release them to the sacred space,

To the energy of pure love,

Allow them to be taken.

As you walk and remember and write,

Release.

You will come to these moments time and time again over the next few days.

Make sure you take note and write them down and always release them and come back to your mantra,

Working your way to knowing and loving you.

From this moment on the secrets and the darkness have been released.

As you breathe in,

Wander to your gazebo and lay your journal down and for a moment wandering back towards the garden just find a space to sit.

I have something important to tell you.

The relationships you have in your life,

The relationship with yourself first and foremost and then to all those around you are the most important influence on your life.

The relationship you had with all those people that you've thought of within the moments that held you.

You need to look at the relationships that are around you and if any that you can see take from you,

Hold you to your hidden secrets,

Ask you to move into darkness.

It is time for them to be released.

For your beautiful light,

Loving energy now asks for those around you only who support and love and want to know the real you.

Over the next two modules looking at relationships,

Rely yourself to really work through each one bringing yourself to moments that each of these relationships have had and allowing yourself to move on from those that do not serve your highest purpose to know and to love you.

Take a nice deep breath in,

A long breath out and resolve from this moment on that loving you,

Knowing all that you are and moving to loving you is where you now commit your energy and your purpose and standing and walking back towards the garden,

Lighter,

The freedom in the steps and our joy in your heart,

Making your way to the door,

Knocking it behind you,

Slowly walking your way down your path.

I want you to notice how you feel,

How your body feels.

I want you to be brave enough to share what you've been through.

I want you to be brave enough to continue your journey to knowing and loving who you are and you walk back into your body and you breathe and feel that breath and you feel the breath from the feet all the way to the top of the head and with each breath you release and with each breath you come back to where you are and you breathe and I'll leave you now so you can continue breathing for as long as you need to release.
