As we begin to find who we are, we want to feel into this and expand our expression and experience of life. This is that moment. Breath by breath feeling into everything that we are, opening and expanding.

Find yourself becoming comfortable in your beautiful space.

Allow yourself to lay down and slowly start to get comfortable onto the floor.

Start to feel the rise and fall of the chest.

Let your mind begin to wander.

Take a nice deep breath in and allow yourself a long release out.

Slowly start to settle deeper onto the floor.

Take another deep breath in,

Fill the body with breath and allow a long release out.

Each time breath by breath softening,

Allowing yourself to nestle softer to the ground.

Allowing yourself to just feel into the body,

Softening the body.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out.

Gently just allowing yourself to slowly calmly bring yourself down,

The heart softening,

The body releasing.

Taking a nice deep breath in and this time on your long release out,

Allow the stomach to sink right down through the spine,

The body empties.

As we breathe in,

We breathe to our four count.

We take in breath two,

Three,

Four.

We absorb two,

Three,

Four.

We release two,

Three,

Four and we let go two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four.

Absorb two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale to release two,

Three,

Four and let it go two,

Three,

Four.

Keep going with your breath in and hold to absorb and release and let it go.

Keep following the cycle through at your own number count.

Taking in a strong breath,

Allowing it to absorb into your being and releasing that breath and letting go with the nothingness,

That space of silence.

Focus.

Focus on the breathing.

Focus on the pattern.

Focus on the cycle that is the breath coming in and absorbing into our body and releasing and letting go.

You.

You.

Allow the breathing.

Allow the breath work to fill and release.

Allow it to soften you breath by breath.

You.

You.

And then allow the cycle to release.

Just focus on the softening of the body.

Just feel into your heart and feel the rise and fall of the chest.

There's no control.

You're softer.

You.

You.

You.

You feel your own breath rhythm.

On every release of breath.

So as you're breathing in drawing in the breath and as you breathe out to release just quietly in the mind using the word.

Allow it to release with the breath.

This isn't comfortable for you to use this word.

Don't try and control the rhythm.

You.

Stay focused on your breath.

At any point you feel thoughts coming.

You need to refocus on the breath.

If the thoughts are heavy and persistent.

Go back to your full breath cycle.

If it's small.

You have to focus on your breath and the sound of your breath.

You.

You.

And release the sound.

And feel into the body.

Releasing breath.

You.

As you're feeling into the body,

Find a space that feels the most like you.

You.

Just feel into the very depths of you.

Don't try and look.

Don't try and see or find.

Just feel.

Feel and connect to the very essence of you.

You.

You.

Become aware of how you feel.

Gently connect.

Take in.

What this moment feels like.

Becoming aware of this space of you within.

You.

You.

You.

Really allow yourself to connect.

Try.

To make more of it.

Don't try to look into it.

You.

I want you to connect and feel space and remember the feeling.

And describe the feeling.

Keep the feeling with you and breathe into the feeling.

And open the feeling up.

And allow it to spread through you.

And recognize more and more.

You.

You.

And as this feeling grows within you,

Allow yourself to bring the feeling into the breath and feel the body with breath and the feeling and awareness of you.

You.

You.

Connecting to breath fully now.

And feeling the breath through the body.

And allowing it to run from the feet to the crown of the head.

Allowing yourself to feel that breath fully within the body.

Breathe.

And gently move through the toes,

Connecting.

Draw the breath through the legs to the hips.

Draw the breath up the spine.

Draw the breath down to the fingers.

Gently moving.

Allowing the head to turn from side to side.

Reaching the arms up above the head and stretching.

Knees coming into chest,

Taking hold of the knees with the arms.

Release the legs down to the ground and the arms.

Allow yourself to remember the feeling.

To recall that moment.

To know that it's there.

You.

The awareness of you.

Connect to the feeling.

And become aware of all that you are.

A lovely re-connect with myself.
