Hello and welcome to another meditation.

My name is Antonio Baldwin and I call this one Christ's Peace Bubble.

As we begin,

Find a way to settle in your space.

Whether you're sitting on a meditation pillow or in a chair,

Posture down your knees,

Or whichever way you find yourself comfortable.

Just allow yourself to begin to settle in.

Invite yourself to close your eyes slowly as you begin to slightly ground yourself with a body scan.

Slightly do a brief scan from your head to your toes,

Noticing all physical sensations and feelings,

Practicing mind judgments,

And attempting to not get stuck with anyone feeling their sensation,

Just letting it be.

As we begin to concentrate and focus towards our heart,

You can place your hand on your heart or you can just focus on the location of your heart.

Notice the emotions and feelings you're experiencing in this present moment.

What does your heart carry?

Once again,

Allow yourself to practice non-judgment and acceptance,

Not getting wrapped into any pleasant or unpleasant emotion.

Simply noticing and letting it be.

Let us bring our awareness to our mind,

Noticing the thoughts that travel,

Whether pleasant or unpleasant.

Let us just simply see and observe the thoughts that we have,

Messages that are displayed,

And attempting to not get tangled with any single thought.

Another way to do this is visualizing thoughts coming across the television screen or passing as the clouds do in the sky.

Just let one thought cross your awareness and leave your awareness as another one arrives.

Just simply notice your mind in this present moment.

Allow yourself to take a deep breath,

Slowly inhaling,

Fully expanding the stomach and slowly exhaling to release the stomach.

Now read a verse from the Bible from Philippians 4 verses 6 through 7.

Be anxious for nothing,

But in everything by prayer and simplification,

With thanksgiving,

Let your requests be made known to God,

And the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

These words settle in,

Noticing what stands out to you.

So read these two verses one more time.

Be anxious for nothing,

But in everything by prayer and simplification,

With thanksgiving,

Let your requests be made known to God,

And the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Be anxious to become aware of which words have stayed out to you or what message you are receiving.

Notice as these things come across your awareness how you're feeling.

Whether you've got a sensation or even an emotional feeling of relax,

Just simply take a look at yourself as you exhale and receive these words.

Now allow yourself to speak things that are causing you discomfort,

Whether it's making people stressed or anxious,

Sad,

Or any uncomfortable emotion or feeling.

Notice these things out loud,

And as you identify and express these things verbally,

Notice the feelings and sensations you have,

And reshare them even with yourself.

Whether it's comfortable,

Uncomfortable,

Or neutral,

Each experience is welcome.

Now begin to visualize the bubble,

Whichever is comfortable.

You can even visualize it over your head.

Imagine that this bubble begins to consume these words.

Notice if there are any changes in this bubble,

Whether there is an alteration in color or shifting in size.

Just let the bubble continue to collect these words that you have shared into the atmosphere and relate to it yourself.

These words gravitate to this bubble,

Consuming each word that provides you discomfort.

Notice present feelings and emotions as this bubble collects anxiety,

Sadness,

And overall discomfort.

And as this bubble is over our head,

Imagine that it pops.

What releases from this bubble?

Is it anxiety or discomfort or sadness?

That peace falling and landing in your head and down to your toes.

Notice what it feels like as the peace falls from the bubble in your body.

Begin to consume the peace,

Allow yourself to take three deep breaths,

Fully inhaling the peace into your body,

Expanding the stomach to its full capacity,

And then exhaling.

And fully inhaling another time,

Sealing the peace.

And simply letting go of the exhale.

And inhaling a third time,

Continuing to consume this peace that was released from the bubble.

And exhaling to let go.

As we consume this peace in different ways,

Notice your present feelings and sensations in the constant,

There's been some change,

Alteration.

Whatever the experience is all welcome.

And slowly,

You can move your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.

At the end of this practice,

I wish you peace in your journey in life,

Knowing that it can be collected in experience.

Wish you well and hope you found this meditation helpful.

Thank you.
