Hello friend,

And welcome to this heart resonance meditation.

This will be a compassionate,

Guided journey,

So I invite you to settle into this moment,

Knowing that you're about to embark on a journey of connecting with your heart,

Your true center,

Where love,

Compassion,

And peace naturally reside.

This is a deeply nurturing experience,

Designed to help bring balance to your emotions,

To promote your wellbeing,

And awaken your inner capacity for love.

Through this practice,

You will learn to generate and expand the energy of your heart,

Allowing it to resonate throughout your entire being.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Whether you're seated on a chair,

A cushion,

Or lying down,

Just ensure that your spine is straight,

But relaxed,

And your body feels supported.

Rest your hands gently on your lap,

Or by your side,

And if it feels okay for you,

Allowing your eyes to softly close,

Signaling to your mind and body that it's time to turn inward.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the cool air fill your lungs,

And expanding your belly and chest,

Holding for a moment,

And then fully exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension and stress or distractions you may be carrying.

And let's repeat this two more times,

Breathing in deeply through your nose,

And then let go of the weight of the day,

The busyness of your mind,

And allow yourself to settle fully into this moment.

And now gently shift your awareness to your heart center,

The space in the middle of your chest,

And if it feels comfortable,

You can place one or both of your hands over your heart,

Creating a tangible connection between your awareness and this sacred space.

Feel the warmth of your hands resting over your heart.

You may notice your heartbeat,

Or simply feel the rise and fall of your chest as you continue to breathe naturally.

Connecting with your heart,

The source of compassion,

Love,

And connection.

It's more than just a physical organ,

Your heart has an energetic presence,

One that can guide,

Nourish,

And heal.

Simply by bringing your awareness here,

You begin to tap into this energy.

Take a moment to appreciate your heart for all it does,

Beating tirelessly,

Keeping you alive,

And holding the potential for so much joy,

Empathy,

And love.

As you remain connected to your heart,

Start to bring your attention to your breath.

Notice how it flows in and out.

And now imagine that your breath is moving directly through your heart.

On your next inhale,

Visualize the breath entering your heart space,

And filling it with fresh,

Vital energy.

And on the exhale,

Imagine releasing any tension,

Worry,

Or heaviness from your heart.

Breathing in a steady rhythm,

And now breathing in for a count of five,

And holding for a brief moment,

And then exhaling for a count of five,

At your own speed.

If this feels too long or too short,

Find a pace that feels comfortable for you.

As you continue this heart-focused breathing,

Notice how it calms the mind and soothes your body.

Each breath you take nourishes your heart,

Creating a peaceful flow between your breath and your heart's energy.

And now let's move deeper into the practice,

By cultivating positive emotions within your heart.

Gently calling to your mind a memory,

A person,

Or a place that fills you with warmth,

Love,

Or gratitude.

It could be the smiling face of a loved one,

The memory of a kind or loving gesture,

Or maybe the beauty of a landscape that touched your soul.

Don't worry about finding the perfect image,

Just trust your intuition to bring you something that fills your heart with joy or peace.

As this memory or feeling begins to emerge,

Notice how your heart responds.

Does it feel warmer,

Softer,

More open?

Allow yourself to fully experience this positive emotion.

It may feel like a gentle glow,

Or a burst of warmth,

Like the rising sun on a cool morning.

Whatever sensations arise,

Stay with it,

And let it fill your heart completely.

And as you breathe into this feeling,

Imagine it as a soft radiant light in your heart center.

With each inhale,

This light grows brighter,

And with each exhale,

It expands.

See this light of love radiating outward,

Filling your chest,

Your entire torso,

And eventually spreading through your entire body.

Feel how this warmth and light nurtures every cell,

Every muscle,

Bringing healing and comfort wherever it touches.

Now let's take this loving energy and allow it to expand even further.

Visualize the light from your heart growing so bright that it begins to radiate beyond your physical body,

Extending into the space around you.

You might see this light as a gentle wave of love,

Compassion,

Or peace flowing out from your heart into your surroundings.

As this light radiates outward,

It touches everything around you,

Filling the room that you're in,

The building,

The environment outside.

Let this light reach out to your loved ones,

To people you know,

And even to people you've never met.

See it spreading further still,

Enveloping your community,

Your city,

Your country,

And eventually the entire world.

In this moment,

Your heart is resonating with the world,

Sending out waves of love and compassion.

And if it feels right,

Silently offer a simple intention.

May all beings,

Including myself,

Be filled with love and peace.

May this light bring comfort and healing to those in need.

As you continue to breathe into this expansive light,

Notice how your mind and heart begin to align,

Creating a state of harmony.

This is known as heart coherence,

A state in which your emotions,

Thoughts,

And body are all in sync,

Working together in a balanced and coherent way.

In this state of coherence,

Your heart's rhythm becomes more regular,

Your mind feels clearer and more focused.

Just feel the ease and flow of this alignment.

This is a place of deep wisdom,

Where the heart and mind are not in conflict,

But are working together to guide you toward greater peace,

Understanding,

And resilience.

Just stay here for a few moments longer,

Resting in the flow of your breath,

And the resonance of your heart.

Notice how it feels to be in this state of harmony,

How it feels to be both grounded and open,

Present and connected.

Now as we begin to bring this meditation to a close,

Take a few deep,

Nourishing breaths.

With each inhale,

Draw in gratitude for the time that you've given to yourself to connect with your heart,

And knowing you can always return to this space whenever you need.

Bringing your awareness back to your physical body,

Feeling the support beneath you,

Noticing the air on your skin,

The sensation of your clothes,

And the sounds around you.

Gently beginning to wiggle your toes and fingers,

Allowing some small movements to bring you back to the present moment.

When you feel ready,

You can slowly open your eyes,

Carrying with you the warmth,

Love,

And peace you've cultivated in your heart.

Just appreciate the lightness or calmness you feel now.

Remember that your heart is a boundless source of love,

Wisdom,

And connection.

At any time,
