Think about your equanimity.

Balance if you have balance,

Equanimity,

You know how to balance your heart situation.

You know how to overcome your heart situation.

Most important thing is balance.

You have to balance your life.

You have to balance your body.

Also you have to balance your mind.

If you have balanced mind,

Exactly you can balance yourself.

Another way we can say,

It is like a middle way,

Holy ground.

You have to stand holy ground.

Now turn your attention to your breath.

Take a few long breaths.

Understand breathing process.

Mindfully observe each breath.

Breathe in mindfully.

Breathe out mindfully.

Breathe in mindfully.

Breathe out mindfully.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You can see there are four types of breaths,

Deep breaths in and out,

Short breaths in and out.

Just understand your breathing process.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

No need to control breathing.

Centre your attention to the tip of your nose.

Breathe in mindfully.

Breathe out mindfully.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Don't control your breath.

Enjoy your normal breath.

Just look at them,

Understand them.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Now monks are going to chant this blessing to you and your family.

Just listen to this chant,

Concentrate your mind.

You can imagine your family who are around you.

You can send this all for blessing to your family very kindly and very gently.

And just listen this chant,

Mindfully and lovingly.
