Whether you are laying down or sitting upright,
Find a position that feels good for you.
Take as much time as you need to get even one percent comfier.
Giving yourself permission to arrive in this moment.
Allowing yourself to switch off from the external world and dedicate this time to yourself and your needs.
And as you relax deeper,
You find your attention turning towards your breath.
Take a few moments now to notice where you feel your breath changing or forcing it.
Simply observing and beginning to notice how it feels within your body.
You may wish to place one hand lengthening and deepening in a way that is gentle,
Feeling tension from the day dissolve to the surface beneath you.
To encourage feelings of peace,
Complete a body scan,
Bringing a loving,
Gentle awareness to each part of the body.
Imagining shining a golden healing light into every single area of the body in order to allow it to fully relax and release any stress or tension.
Bringing your awareness to the crown of the head,
Forehead,
The right ear,
The left ear,
The eyebrows,
The point between the brows,
The eyes,
Muscles that surround the eyes,
Muscles behind the eyes,
The bridge of the nose,
The tip of the nose,
The upper lip,
The lower lip,
The left cheek,

Exhale through the mouth,
Feeling relaxed,
Peaceful,
Taking a moment to notice how your body feels,
Imagining a beautiful golden bubble surrounding your body and this golden bubble is there to heal and protect you,
See this golden bubble holding you a loving,
Safe and supportive energy,
Maybe you notice that your bubble needs some love,
Care or restoration,
Take some time now to ensure that your bubble is as strong and vibrant as possible,
Repeat the following affirmations either aloud to reinforce these feelings of calm,
Relaxation,
It is safe for me to arrive in this moment,
I deserve to feel at peace,
Connect to the anchor within,
As I go deeper within myself,
I am able to find an inner stillness,
I am ready to embrace a ground,
Peaceful and loving energy,
I invite spaciousness into my mind,

Repeating the following affirmations again,
