Welcoming you into this guided meditation for gratitude,
Allowing yourself to find a comfortable place where you'll feel supported and relaxed.
Once you've found this comfortable place,
Allowing yourself to notice the physical body,
Noticing if there are any areas where you're holding that maybe feel a little tense,
Overactive.
And as you begin to notice those areas,
Allowing them to soften with the awareness.
Noticing from the toes,
Up through the legs,
The torso,
The arms,
All of the little muscles within the head,
In and around the face,
Softening and relaxing.
And as you begin to soften the muscles,
Relaxing a little deeper,
Drawing your awareness a little more to the body,
To your physical vessel in this moment,
If there are any areas that feel overly engaged,
That maybe you're having difficulty softening,
Letting go of,
Maybe try to begin directing the breath into those areas,
Renewing,
Bringing in new energy,
New air with the inhale,
And releasing,
Letting go,
Surrendering with the exhale,
Breathing in with positive intent,
And breathing out,
Letting go a little deeper into this space.
And for the next few moments here,
Just continuing to notice and soften,
To become aware and let go of any of that holding,
Excess tension that the body may be carrying,
Beginning to notice the points of contact underneath of the body,
The sturdy surfaces,
Grounding,
Comforting,
And providing stability for you in this moment,
Then we'll begin to draw some breath into our heart center,
And as we continue to breathe easily and effortlessly through the body,
Expanding,
Feeling the rise of the belly,
The chest as you breathe in,
Hollowing,
Feeling the fall of the chest,
The belly,
As you breathe out,
We'll begin placing our focus and intent on the heart center,
And as you begin noticing your heart center,
Allowing some things to come to mind that you're holding gratitude for in this moment,
And if you're struggling to come up with things you're holding gratitude for,
Allowing yourself to imagine if every single thing in your life was completely different,
What within your life that you have right now,
Would you miss?
These could be things of a physical nature,
To do with yourself,
Or outside of yourself.
They could be things of an intellectual nature,
An emotional,
Insightful,
Or maybe spiritual nature.
If everything was completely different,
What would you miss?
As we often don't take enough time to slow down and really appreciate all of the little things that we have,
That we are,
And as you allow all of these things you're holding gratitude for to flow from the heart space and within the heart space,
It allows for your frequency,
Your vibration to rise,
To elevate,
For there to be a shift in energy.
We'll just take a few more breaths here,
Deeply in and out of the body,
Holding that gratitude in the heart for all that you have,
And all the beauty waiting to be received.
For all that has come,
And all that is yet to come.
And then begin imagining within the heart space,
The center of the chest,
A pink light beginning to glow,
Illuminating and shining brightly.
Growing larger as it starts to expand over and within every part,
Every pore,
Every cell of the body.
Wrapping yourself up in immense love,
Gratitude.
And may these higher frequencies be carried with you throughout the rest of your day,
Your week.
As you take a moment in self-gratitude for carving out this time in this space for you.
To fill your cup so that you can continue to pour.
To ignite more of your light,
So that you can continue to be a light bearer and bringer to all those you cross paths with.
Feeling free if the body feels cold,
Maybe taking a larger breath in,
Really filling the lungs up.
Maybe an audible exhale out,
Letting the breath go.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly start coming out of this practice,
Making some movement again with the body and bringing yourself back into your physical space gently,
Slowly.
And in love,
In alchemy,
I wish you to have the best day.
Namaste.
