So let's just begin again with just closing our eyes and connecting to the sacred anatomy within.
And most important always is to connect to the breath which most likely will just guide us to the place of just being present.
And again we are just rooting down into the ground,
Letting the out-breath come gently out of the mouth.
And we're just going to warm up the voice a little bit.
So we're just going to do a couple of Om's and we want to try to sense the Om arising from the first chakra,
Like a flower arising through the diaphragm,
Through the heart and then it's just coming out of our mouth,
Most likely also out of the seventh chakra.
And we also want to shape,
As we learned it,
Shape the mouth perfectly.
So we're just going to do three or four Om's together,
Breathing in.
Om.
Om.
Om.
Om.
Om.
Very good.
We breathe normally and then we're just going to use a very simple sound,
Any sound that's coming from within.
So we're going to use the free toning.
So free toning can be anything,
Can be Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Anything that's coming naturally.
And also we can use our hands,
We can use the face,
Squeezing the face,
Also trying to really let the body guide the sound.
Sometimes,
You know,
When we are just straight,
We're not moving at all and we are releasing sound like Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh,
Ahh.
So the little movement in the body is kind of enchanting the voice as well.
So that's the tone we want to use.
Okay?
So let's close our eyes and we just start freely toning,
Connecting to album de all,
Of,
Ha,
Ha slowly,
Slowly we want to send the sound into the right hand side of our body,
Just feeling as if we would be cut in the middle and we only feel the sound in the right hand side of our face,
The right ear,
The right shoulder,
The right arm,
Really moving the sound through the whole right side of our body.
Also moving the sound the back of your shoulder,
All the parts.
Gently,
Gently we are moving the sound to the left hand side of the body,
Left hand side of the face,
The left ear,
The left shoulder,
Left arm,
Left leg.
Feeling the difference between right and left.
Then we are distributing the sound into both sides of the body equally again.
Slowly,
Slowly we are coming to silence but not complete silence.
We want to start to enter the chamber of our heart,
Chamber of the heart area and just do some very gentle sounding into the heart area,
Not just the left hand side of your chest.
Right in the back,
Left and right.
Beautiful.
And then from there we just want to connect to the grounds again,
Just sensing all the vibration around our body,
Connecting to our lineages,
Connecting to all these men and women and women and men in our tribe,
Just sensing them around us in a circle without directly connecting,
Just feeling all that energy,
Feeling all those people and the souls of all those people.
And then we just want to create sounds,
Just dedicating a part of our voice work,
A part of the sounds we are going to create now,
Kind of dedicating into that space and feeling the space around our physical body and just connecting with the vibration rather than directly with your people.
So any sound that is coming from within,
Giving thanks,
Sound of gratitude,
Sound of appreciation.
MORE GLOWING instrumental Using your hands maybe letting the arms float if that's naturally just creating some space under the armpits.
Ah Ah And slowly,
Slowly coming to silence.
Ahh.
And we want to try to just feel the vibration,
Feel the balance between the left and the right.
Imagining a big group of people being with you just as a vibration,
Feeling the groundedness through that tripe,
Feeling vibration in the blood.
And then we take a deep breath in and out.
Ahh.
