Hey there.
Have you ever noticed how there are so many tensions and energies pulling us in all kinds of directions?
So we feel scattered,
Fragmented,
About as far from whole as possible.
How about right here?
Right now we commit to being in this one breath,
In this one body.
Inhale in this one breath.
Exhale be in your one body.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Practice getting in there,
Committing to this,
Being with what is.
If your insides are anything like mine,
They're a little bit messy.
Don't run.
Don't hide.
Don't numb.
Be.
Be okay.
Stay.
Get that inner light so stoked,
So centralized,
That you're able to burn away all the things that hold you back.
All the things that hold you down.
Practice is saying okay.
Okay to what is,
To committing,
To sitting with the moment,
To staying curious and kind about what is now.
And now cut through all of those stories that hold you back,
That hold you down.
Stop fighting yourself.
Trust the big energy and be skillful in medicine-ing what it is in you that is hurt.
And as we do this,
As we live,
Don't just ask the big questions.
Stay with them until you find out what is true in you.
What is real.
And then expect revelations everywhere you go.
Saying yes this way.
Because once you start to look for them,
You find them everywhere.
So be present.
When you feel pulled in all kinds of directions,
Concentrate.
Concentrate on a single act.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Do this with total presence.
And then believe.
Believe that who you are is more important,
More real,
More true than fear.
Believe that who you are is more important,

Have faith in yourself,
Your practices.
Believe and dwell in your soft heart as you live light and shine.
