Hello and welcome.

This is a power affirmation designed specifically to support you,

To focus your thoughts in a way that will help you stay lifted,

Mindful,

And aware while eating.

Listen and repeat these affirmations often for the highest benefit and effectiveness.

Affirmations for mindful eating.

I am present.

I am aware.

I care about what I put in my body.

I know what foods are good for me.

I choose wisely what I put in my body.

I use food for fuel.

I make time to nourish myself with high quality food.

I am mindful of how I consume.

I am patient and I take my time.

My olfactory senses are part of my eating experience and I take my time to enjoy the smells of my food.

I care about where my food has come from.

I consider the journey my food has taken to reach my plate.

I am grateful for all the things that had to happen for this food to be here now.

I am grateful for the farmers.

I am grateful for the bees.

I am grateful for the delivery drivers.

I am grateful for the grocery stores and any hands that went into making this meal possible.

I am grateful for the abundance of food available to me.

Each bite I take,

I am aware of how I chew.

My teeth are strong and are the first part of my digestive process.

It is easy for me to take my time while chewing.

I pay attention to the variety of flavors and sensations on my tongue while I eat.

I wait until I fully swallow until I take my next bite.

My food is worthy of my full attention.

I love being present with my food.

Taking a pause to breathe between bites supports my digestion.

My body tells me when I've had enough.

I know where my limit is,

And I am really great at being self-controlled as I always eat the perfect amount.

Even if there is some leftover on my plate,

It's okay and good for me to listen to my body's needs.

I respect the signals that my body gives me.

It is becoming easier and easier for me to listen to the subtle cues of my body.

I choose to eat mindfully.

When I choose to indulge in a treat,

I do so mindfully and minimally.

If I catch myself feeling guilty for eating in a certain way,

I'm able to pause and readjust what I'm doing.

Mindful eating is a way of life.

With every bite,

I am present.

With every bite,

I am present.

I am aware.

I am grateful.

With every bite,

I am present.

I am aware.

I am grateful.

I mindfully eat my food.

My food is fuel for my body.

I am present.

I am aware.

I am grateful.

When I finish eating,

I give my body time to digest.

My organs are working in proper function.

Energy moves through my digestive system and I have easeful release.

I easefully assimilate all the nutrients from the food I've eaten.

I love my body.

I nourish my body with food.

I know what foods are good for me and I easily make good choices on what I put in my body.

I take time when I complete my meal to connect to the digestive process and continue to give thanks as the food is assimilated in my body.

I remember as I allow the stream of affirmations to wash through me throughout my day that I stand fully in the embodiment of my power affirmations.

And so it is.

Thanks for this wonderful reminder to eat mindfully. I try to practice mindful eating on a regular basis. It enhances my enjoyment of foods. 🙏
