What should I do?
The most important part of this practice is that you stay until the end to benefit from the energy you bring to your life.
In this practice we will identify a specific person who is doing something wrong and recognize the thoughts and feelings that might hold us back from feeling free.
We will have the self awareness of how to change our energy towards this person.

And today I will be leading you through this practice.
You will need a pen and paper for this practice.
So press pause and grab those items before we start.
Now that you are ready,
Let's start taking a deep breath.
We will inhale in 4 times,
Hold for 6 seconds and exhale in 7 times.
Let's do this 6 times together.
Inhale in 4 times,
Hold for 6 seconds,
And exhale in 7 seconds.
Inhale in 4 times,
Hold for 6 seconds,
And exhale in 7 seconds.
Inhale in 4 times,
Hold for 6 seconds,
And exhale in 7 seconds.
Inhale in 7,
Hold for 6 seconds,
And exhale in 7 seconds.

Now we have sent to your brain a signal that you should be relaxed.
Take a moment to reflect on which person you recognize that is doing something wrong and that you want to give them some advice.
Be aware that it is a self-awareness practice and it is not about trying to change in your mind.
Often you will have several negative judgments about one person.
But do you really want to know the through between this person and you?
I will guide you on how to do it.
Let the mind ask the questions I'm gonna give it to you.
Then contemplate,
Take your time,
Go inside,
And wait for the more profound answers to surface.
Let's start our practice.
Open your eyes and grab your pen and paper.
First step,
Write down,
I know that person is wrong because.
.
.
Include the name of this person on your sentence.
Write down three reasons why you know that person is wrong.
Pause and write it down.
Step two,
Write down three pieces of advice you have for this person.
That person should or shouldn't.
.
.
Then you complete with your advices.
Please pause the audio and write it down.
Step three,
Write down three things that you have done similar to that person in another situation.
Try to see what you have in common with that person.
Find out common points and notice that there are no rules.
That you can write whatever comes to your mind.
You don't have to show this to anyone,
So try to be honest to yourself.
You will not be judged.
Pause this audio and write it down.
Step four,
Take all those pieces of advice and turn them around.
See them as a mirror.
For each of the three pieces of advice,
Write them down now as an advice to yourself.
For example,
If you wrote that person should.
.

Turn it into I should.
Pause the audio and write it down and turn all the advices around.
Now take the time to read everything you wrote.
Pause the audio and do that.
Please take a moment to reflect on what you read.
Usually what bothers us in other people is what we have inside us.
Our external world may mirror our internal world.
Congratulations for allowing yourself to see the world from another perspective.
Now it's time to let go those old patterns.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths together like at the beginning of our practice.
