Welcome to your five-minute weekly meditation.

My name is Christy and I'll guide you through a short reset.

A few minutes to soften,

To breathe and maybe to let a few things fall away.

So find a spot now where your body feels supported.

Maybe that's seated or lying down or whatever is comfortable today.

Let yourself land.

Let your hands rest.

Let your eyes close or soften.

Allow your body to be heavy.

Take a slow breath in and then let it out through your mouth.

One more like that.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Heading in that soft sigh.

You don't have to name what you're holding.

You don't have to understand it.

This is just a moment to let things loosen,

Even just a little.

Some days you might feel the shift right away.

In other days it might feel like you're just sitting with the weight of everything.

Both are normal.

Both are part of giving yourself the chance to reset,

No matter how small it feels.

Let your breath move naturally now.

No technique.

No effort.

Just let it come and go on its own.

Notice where you're holding tension.

Maybe in the jaw,

The neck or the hands.

See if you can let some of that tension drop.

Not perfectly.

Not all at once.

Just a little softer.

If nothing seems to change here,

That's okay too.

Just the act of pausing,

Of breathing and noticing is enough.

You're giving your body and mind a little room and sometimes that is the biggest thing you can do.

If your mind is still busy,

That's okay too.

There's nothing to fix.

This is a space where less is fine.

We're doing nothing can still feel like something.

You don't have to let go of everything.

Just loosen the grip.

Let what wants to fall away fall.

We'll take one more breath in.

And one long breath out.

Thank you for joining me in this five-minute meditation and remember life is a balance of holding on and letting go.

Namaste.
