Hello my name is Belinda White.
Welcome to this acceptance meditation.
Settle into your space.
Acknowledging the space around you.
Allowing your body to be supported and allow gravity to pull your body down.
Just gently visualising the word acceptance.
And noticing how that word feels inside your body.
Acceptance.
I accept.
Just gently softening in the face.
Softening in the jaw.
And softening in the breath.
Softening your shoulders now.
Your arms.
Just making sure your fists are not clenched,
Your hands are soft.
Can you soften your heart?
Can you feel acceptance in your heart?
Accepting that you are capable of so much love.
Acceptance of love all around you.
Acceptance of your own love.
I accept from my heart.
Can you soften your eyes?
Are you able to soften your head?
Can you accept your mind as it is?
Acceptance of yourself.
I accept myself.
Acceptance in my mind will allow clarity and wisdom to flow to me.
When I accept my mind,
I also open my mind.
I accept my thoughts.
Can you soften your tummy?
I accept my emotions.
I accept myself.
No matter how I feel,
I accept myself.
I am an emotional being and my emotions are indications of feelings,
Of conflict,
Of joy,
Of pain,
Of love,
Of pleasure.
And when I accept my emotional self,
I let go of conflict.
Accepting myself is freedom.
When I accept myself,
I stop the war within myself.
I have the power to end the inner conflict.
I accept my circumstances.
I accept what is.
Acceptance flows through my body.
Acceptance is open.
Acceptance is all.
I accept my body as it is.
I accept my heart as it is.
I accept my mind as it is.
I accept my feelings as they are.
I am acceptance.
Taking a deep breath into the body now.
Breathing in acceptance.
And as you exhale,
Feeling a little softer within your inner being.
Breathing in once more.
And exhaling.
This meditation has been successful.
