Please take a comfortable position.

If you would like stay seated or just lie down and close your eyes and shift your attention toward your breath.

Just watch your breath.

If you can you can expand your belly and then move this breath up to the ribcage,

Maybe your chest,

So you can feel touch and movement from inside and then when you are taking breath out just watch that way back what is happening.

What and where you feel this breath out the most.

So take a few rounds do it slow and deep and effortlessly,

So no push.

Don't try very hard just do this softly,

Kindly and if you are here and now maybe you can hear your heart whispering to you and asking you to establish,

Dedicate your session energy toward something,

Toward someone.

So try to make your intention from the place of your heart.

Step out from your head and step in into your heart and my invitation to you all is listen not only like empty listening but try to hear.

Same when you find that focus point try to not only look but see this point.

So listen to hear and look to see.

Not only what is happening right here right now but what is happening inside,

That depth,

What is hidden behind your skin.

Surrender to this experience and sense and feel of the sound.

So so your heart is calling you your heart is calling you so so so so so so so so There is a message from your heart Welcome home child There is a message from your heart Welcome home child If you can take a deep breath in through the nose hold your breath at the end of the inhalation and stay tuned to the center of your chest where the heart chakra is located and wherever you ready take a breath out and feel filled with the love of your own heart breathing in long and deep at the end of the inhalation hold your breath and strongly focus on your heart and wherever you ready take a breath out and sense and feel that you are not alone breathing in deep and smooth hold your breath if you can and sense your heart and with the breath out feel that you are stepping into your heart Welcome home child Very slowly Take a moment You can open your eyes look around maybe focus onto the quietest sound you can hear In the room you are quietest sound Maybe You can hear beating of your life beating of your heart The quietest sound Can give us the strongest sensation Put smile on your face Let's take hands into the prayer position And just be grateful thankful for everything what was given to you and for everything What was taken away from you?
