Perhaps drawing your chest upward and outward while sliding your shoulders back down your spine.
Connect and ground your sit bones to the chair or the floor.
Bringing your awareness to the natural ebb and flow of your breath.
Make the sound of the ocean tide,
Each breath a crashing wave returning to the greater ocean.
Sink beneath the waves of your breath.
Submerging yourself in the ocean of your subconscious mind.
Perhaps using the following breathing pattern.
Exhaling twice through the nose followed by a longer exhale through the nose or mouth.
It may sound like.

What parts of your personality have you suppressed or lost?
If you had everything you needed to feel fully supported,
Abundant,
And thriving in every way,
If your main stressors were taken care of and you could do as you wish complete freedom,
What would your essence feel like?
How would your authentic personality shine through?
What would you be thinking about?
Envision a beautiful safe space,
A place such as your dream home,
Somewhere in nature,
A room inside your own home,
A beautiful temple,
A secluded beach,
And in this safe space,
Envision the version of yourself who has fully supported,
Abundant,
Thriving in every way,
And authentically you.
With all of the personality traits that were once suppressed or lost.
The inspiration,
The wonder,
The confidence,
Creativity,
The love,
Generosity,
And purpose.
How would this version of yourself look,
Speak,
And move?
Most importantly,
How does this version of yourself think,
Act,
And feel?
Can you embody,
Feel,
And be that right now?
How would you be feeling?
